Now or Never - A Josh Cuthbert/Union J Fanfic.

Chapter 12 - The Show.

I decided to go and take my seat (which was front row in the centre) as I wanted to see Elyar perform. He was really good, and he kept looking at me as he sang. I sang along and was dancing and I could see him watching me, and smirking. He was really good and after he had gone off, everyone was getting ready as it was only half an hour approximately till Union J came on.

One of the boys' assistants came over to me and whispered in my ear that Josh wanted to see me, as she didn't want the other fans to hear. Quickly, I followed her as she took me backstage where I saw Josh getting ready to start the concert. He gave me a big hug and for some reason he seemed nervous about the show.

"Why you so nervous babe?" I asked him, giggling. He never struck me as the nervous type.

He replied with, "Because I know you're watching me, you make me nervous, I love you so much Cheryl."

"Aw, I love you too Joshy. And don't worry, I've already saw the show. You'se were amazing in Manchester." He laughed.

I went and saw the other boys before the stage director told them they need to go and prepare for going on. Quickly I went to the toilet before taking my seat. The lights went off and everyone screamed... me included. Even though I' was Josh's girlfriend, I couldn't help screaming and fangirling.

The boys sang Where Are You Now and I sang along, watching Josh the whole time. Then Beethoven and so on. Head In The Clouds was funny as Josh danced around the stage acting stupid, followed by George's solo which was really good.

Carry You and Save The Last Dance were really fun as the crowd danced away. Lucky Ones was up next, and then Jaymi's solo of Listen by Beyonce.

Next up was Skyscraper which made me cry because the boys sang it so well. And after that it was time for the boys to pick their Amaze Me girls/boys. Jaymi picked a teenage girl, JJ picked a teen girl and Josh was really cute and picked a little girl, who was only 7 years old. He was so cute. And it was just George left to pick someone, and after looking for about 5 minutes, he looked at me. And he picked me!! I had a flashback to the Manchester concert where I was thinking about how I wish I could be an Amaze Me girl and now George had picked me.

So off I went onto the stage and he greeted me with a "Hey Cheryl," and a hug. The boys sang Amaze Me and the view from the stage was absolutely amazing - seeing all the fans there, singing along. Wow. I would really love to be a singer one day just to experience that. I sang along as George had his arm around me and when it came to Josh's solo in the song, I sang along and without realising, George had put the microphone to my mouth and my singing had just been heard by the whole theatre! I was so embarrased but George whispered in my ear, "You're a good singer Cheryl," and he winked at me.

When the song had finished, the boys walked us back to the steps at the side of the stage. George hugged me and then kissed me on the cheek - his hugs were so amazing and that quick cheeky kiss on the cheek made me blush. Josh came over and gave me a hug and kiss while JJ went onto the stage as it was time for his solo of Counting Stars. Josh then had to go to his costume change and I went back to my seat to watch the rest of JJ's solo which was amazing. He was such a good singer - and he still is, even at this age!

The Taylor Swift medley came next and when the re-inact of getting through at judges houses happened, I saw Josh look at me and he was crying, just like I was.

And after that it was the part I had been waiting for - Josh's solo. He sang Beneath Your Beautiful which made me cry again because he sat on the edge of the stage right in front of me, and sang to me throughout the whole song.

After that, the boys sang Beautiful Life which was great fun. It was then followed by Last Goodbye and finally Loving You Is Easy.

Everytime Josh sang a line he looked at me as if he was singing it to me.

'Finding you was so hard

But loving you is easyyyyyyyy'

The boys were dancing about crazy at the first instrumental when I saw Josh say something to the security guard next to the stage and then I saw the security guard walk over to me. He grabbed my arm and dragged me to the steps up to the stage and told me Josh wanted to surprise me. I went up the stairs and Josh was stood there. He grabbed my hand and I walked on stage with him. He sang his line, and then George sang his. As George was singing his line, Josh handed his microphone to Jaymi and he started dancing with me. It felt amazing, but I was so nervous because all them people were watching me dance with Josh. It got to his line and Jaymi handed him the microphone as he sang. His voice was so amazing.

The show then finished and the boys walked off stage and I went off with them to go backstage. They had a quick interview to do but after the interview they were all mine! The boys tweeted how amazing the show was, followed by JJ saying "But don't worry Cheryl, it wasn't as good as Manchester." and he winked at me, whilst I laughed at him. I already had Josh's number but JJ, Jaymi and George gave me theirs and I gave them mine. I never thought that would happen!

It had been an amazing day. I went back to my hotel that night after saying bye to the boys. I was going back to Manchester the next morning as the boys were going to their LAST tour date at Birmingham, and after that I would be able to go and see Josh as often as I wanted! That made me happy.

However, I couldn't stop thinking about George's amazing hugs and how he picked me as his Amaze Me girl, as well as me nearly kissing Elyar. I loved Josh lots, but what was happening? I can't gain feelings for anybody else except Josh...
