Chapter 9: Shattered

Jeongyeon's POV

It's been weeks since they started to pretend like they're dating. It aches my heart. UGHHHHH! But I don't wanna ruin her dreams at the same time.

'Jeongyeon are you okay?' Momo asked sitting on the other side of the coach. We're watching tv but I can't help but think about Nayeon and Jimin. I see them holding hands especially in social media. They're all over the internet. They even held hands in front of me and the members when they were chosen to be mc for mnet.

We're all entering the event. Nayeon and Jimin are walking in front pf me and the other member when Jimin suddenly held Nayeon's hand. Nayeon looked back and the other members looked at me with worried faces. I just smiled at them for them to think I'm okay. But this is breaking me for real. Nayeon and Jimin had to be sweet on the screen. This is torture.

'Jeongyeon, just try to understand Nayeon's situation' Jihyo said when she held my hand.

I nodded. I just nodded. What else can I do? Nothing.

Nayeon walked out of the room. She looked at me but I looked away pretending I didn't see her.

'Babe, something wrong?' She worriedly asked she sat down beside me.

'Wanna go out? Let's go have fun' My face lit up when and I nodded. She smiled and I smiled back. We changed and ready to go.

'Hey you kids! Before you go, are you guys coming to the dinner?' Jihyo asked as she wash the plates.

'Hmm, probably not cause we'd be too tired' nayeon stated.

'Okay okay. Enjoy' Jihyo said as she smile.

We went to an amusement park. We're both wearing a hat and a mask on to hide our identity. Nayeon got too excited and pulled me to the entrance.

We walked around, played games, and ate. I bought her cotton candy and won a stuffed toy for her. She looked like a kid I swear she's so cute haha. She looked at me and offered me some of her cotton candy. I opened my mouth and she fed me.

'Hey Bunny! wanna ride that?' I pointed at the slingshot. She had a big gulp. She looked so scared. Haha.

'Let's go' I pulled her. We were second in oine since no one really dared to ride it. I noticed Nayeon looking a bit pale.

'Hey, you okay?' I asked.

'Do you really wanna ride that? Can't we ride something else?' She said pulled my shirt.

'We already paid. You'll be fine. It'll pass. Next thing you know, it's done' I said when I held her face looking at it.

She looked down. The guy who was at the gate was signalling us to go in. I faced her forward and we walked in. We sat down and wore all the safety belts. The guy noticed Nayeon was really scared.

'Ready to fly in 3! 2!' when something fell on Nayeon's side. The guy picked it up and held it up. It was a screw!

'Wait! AHHHHHHHH' Nayeon. HAHAH THESE GUYS JUST PRANKED MY GIRLFRIEND WAHHAHAHA I can hear Nayeon's scream. I was laughing throughout the ride. That was so funny hahahah

Fianlly, the ride calmed down and was done. We got out and Nayeon wouldn't stop crying. Omo, my girlfriend is so cute hahaha

'They're so mean :'((' she sobbed. I just hugged her till she calmed down. When she did, we walked around for a little bit for her to adjust.
