Chapter 20: Her, in someone else's arms...

Nayeon's POV

Jeongyeon finally got discharged from the hospital the other day. She's living with ehr parents because her parents wants to look out for her a little bit more.

With her days in the hospital, Jeongyeon and I started over again. For her, she probably felt like I'm a good acquaintance. For her, it's like: we met, we talked, we got closer. But for me, it's a lot more than that. Everyone knows about us and it does hurt everytime Jeongyeon would ask about me, what's up with my life, how I ended up becoming close to Jihyo and the girls.
We didn't tell her I was part of their group. We just have to go along with her memory for awhile since the doctor said it'll all come to her anyways.

But...but for how long is 'awhile'?

'Unnie!' Chaeyoung called when she snapped her fingers in front of me.

'Ah-yeah? W-what's up?' I asked. She probably moticed I'm spacing out.

'Unnie, you've been spacing out. Your mind has been travelling everywhere' Chaeyoung said.

'Everywhere? Haha. More like to Jeongyeonnie' Tzuyu said smirking at me.

'Yah, Tzuyu. You've been naughty these days, ah?' I said.

All three of us chuckled. Jihyo came up to me and sat beside me on the couch.

'Hey, Nayeon. Guess what?' She said while putting a mischievious smile on her face.

'What?' I asked.

'Jeongyeon asked if we could go to an amusement park with her today' she said with a smirk and raising her eyebrows up and down.

'J-jinja?!' I exclaimed.

'Yup! So, you better thank me later.' She said while standing up.

'Oh, we're leaving at 12 noon. Y'all better ready your ass' She said going to her room.

I stopd up quickly and went to the room too. I went to get ready.

'Jihyo~ how do I looo?' I asked Jihyo who is doing her make up in the mirror. She looked back to see me. Raising the sides of my dress and twirling around.

'Woah! Unnie! You're not going on a date with Jeongyeon. We're coming too, we'ren coming too' she said and she chuckled while teasing me.

'Shut up! As if I don't know that' I said to her and slammed the door behing me slightly. I heard her laugh when I went out.

I'm gonna see her today. Eeeek! I'm so excited!

The girls arrived at the amusement park.

They came out of the van one by one. All are excited.

'Oh! Jeongyeonnie!' Sana waved at the short-haired girl waiting at the entrance.

Nayeon smiled as soon as she saw the girl waiting. Her heart pounded like crazy.

Jeongyeon waved back with a smile. The members ran up to her and some went for a huh like the maknaes. Jeongyeon ruffled Chaeyoung's and Tzuyu's hair. The girls giggled.

'Jeongyeon, how've you been?' Jihyo asked.

'I've been great, Jihyo' The girl answered with a smile on her face. 'What about you guys? How are you?' She continued.

'We've been okay, Jeongyeon' Momo said. 'Can we seriously eat? I'm starving~' she followed.

Everyone laughed at her.
