Cheryl Blossom was never the type of girl to go up to random strangers and introduce herself, Cheryl wasn't like that. She was more the type of person to keep to herself and mind her own business, of course she could stand out if she wanted to , but she didn't. Cheryl liked to blend in, be like everyone else, she hated change. Cheryl was more of a routine person, she loved to know what was happening and when, she liked to sit at the same chair for breakfast everyday and do her homework right after school at her desk. She couldn't do it anywhere else, because that was Cheryl Blossom, always wanting everything to be perfect and well organized.

That was, until she learned she was moving

''Mother please, i'm begging you' i don't want to leave this place, New York is my home, all my friends are here a-and what about blizzard, are we just going to leave him here to rot? What does Jason think of this?''

Cheryl had never been more upset in her life, she was barely holding it together as she spoke, watching her mom pack a few books along with a vest, stuffing it into her purse with the most ignorant look spread on her face

"Cheryl we have been over this, we are moving to Riverdale and that is the end of discussion, i have already sold blizzard because that filthy dog is not coming in the mansion that we just bought in Riverdale, and as for your question about Jason, he on the other hand is completely fine with this whole situation, i would even say he is eager to make new friends. You should be more like him Cheryl, because for twins you sure aren't the same, that's for sure"

Cheryl rolled her eyes as her mother had yet again, made another comment about the fact that Jason was the perfect child. The red headed girl had been compared constantly to her brother for over 14 years now, and couldn't take it anymore. She felt like she was suffocating in her own pool of despair and disappointment , trying over and over again to impress her parents but failing every time.

This didn't change the fact that Cheryl was going to be in a plane heading to a town that she didn't even know existed until about two days ago, crying each step of the way. Cheryl had worked so hard to find good friends in New York, thinking of new ways to impress people every morning as she woke up, being excessively nice and laughing at the worst jokes just to make more friends. She was mentally exhausted and finally reached her goal, but of course, her mom had to pack up everything and leave to go to the most unknown town in the region.

come on Cheryl, you can do this, remember the therapy lessons, deep breaths and calm thoughts, it's not that bad right? You'll make new friends don't worry, Everything is going to be okay.

It was now deep into the night, the sky was pitch black and everyone in New York City was fast asleep.

Apart from the Blossom family.

Cheryl's family was moving to Riverdale to expand their Maple Syrup making business. The family was hoping to get more buzz in a new, smaller town, in this case they picked Riverdale.
