A/N - sorry I haven't been updating. I'm really struggling on this one, so here you go.
Hibari POV
Hibari watched as Miyu hugged the silver-haired boy, her features glowing with delight and warmth. A warmth that, Hibari previously thought only he could get.
His grip on his tonfa tightened. And he watched as the puppy like boy stare longingly in his mother's direction long after she was gone.
A strange feeling welled up inside him. He paused, bringing his hand over his heart. Confusion was written all over his face.
He stared at the silver-haired boy for a bit, recognizing him as a student of Namimori-chu. His eyes darkened, wait till school starts tomorrow...
Hibari glared at him from behind and walked back home. meanwhile, the silver-haired boy shivered, a chill running down his spine.
"Am I getting a cold?" He muttered to himself, "oh well." He headed towards his house.

Miyu waved goodbye to both Hibari and Kusakabe, who bowed politely as he said his goodbyes. "Ah! Testu-Chan, wait a bit." Miyu ran into the kitchen to grab a bento box, and rushed back, shoving it in Kusakabe's arms.
"I made extra, and Kyo-Chan can't eat that much." Kusakabe's eyes widened in fear, shaking his head, "Miyu-Sama! This-!" Hibari-san will kill me!!!! He could already feel Hibari glaring daggers behind him.
"Oh hush, it's not healthy for you to be eating all those bread and stuff from school when you're still growing!" She smiled, "besides, I'll have to throw all that away if you don't want it."
Being the good boy who doesn't waste food, Kusakabe accepted, "thank you very much Miyu-Sama!!" Miyu chuckled and waved her hand, "it's nothing! And drop the honorifics!"
"Hai! Miyu-Sama!" Kusakabe looked at the time, "it's time for us to go, once again, thank you very much for the meal!!" Miyu smiled and waved goodbye, "have fun~!"
Hibari, who has already decided to bite a certain committee member to death a million times, smiled coldly.
"Of course." Miyu waves even more enthusiastically, her Kyo-Chan responded!
Meanwhile, Kusakabe prayed for his wellbeing to all the gods he knew. He had a feeling, he was going to be in the hospital for a long time.

Hibari stared at Miyu, who was cooking in the kitchen."Ah, Kyo-Chan you're back? Dinner is almost ready, go wait in the living room okay?"
Hibari stared at her, waiting for her to come and hug him, or pet him on the head.Nothing.
The strange feeling mixed with a bit of hurt and anger welled up inside him again. He furrowed his brow, upset by the feeling and because of the feeling. He nodded and walked towards the living room.
He sat there, thinking to himself. How could she not notice that he was upset? As Hibari kept thinking, more and more emotions welled up inside him. He puffed out his cheeks without thinking. Miyu walked out, dinner in hand, to the sight of her beloved son with puffed out cheeks, tears(?) in his eyes, pouting(glaring) at her.
A huge heart-shaped spear ripped through her heart. Miyu blacked out a bit, quickly regaining consciousness and not dropping the food, Miyu took in a shaking deep breath.
"Kyo-Chan, what's wrong?"
Hibari glared at her."Nothing." Miyu frowned, placing the dish on the table.
"Kyo-chan, look at me." She ordered. Hibari froze, unwillingly, turned his head to her. Her eyes softened. She cupped his face in her hands, "what's bothering my baby?"
for some reason, Hibari felt a sour feeling well up to his throat. He grunted, wanting the feeling to go away. Trying to pull away from Miyu, he muttered out, a 'nothing.'
"Why won't you tell mama what's wrong?" Hibari glared at her again, this time, turning the sour feelings into anger.
"why don't you go ask Kusakabe and that puppy?!"
Miyu blinked. Completely shook. Hibari froze. Looking away, but his tomato-red ears gave it away.
"is my...is my Kyo-chan...jealous?"
Jealousy.
That's what that weird emotion is called?
"no." Hibari pulled his face out of Miyu's hands. "I'm eating. stop bothering me."
Cute.
Too damn cute.
It was true that she didn't pay as much attention to him as she did over the past couple of days, but oh, god. This was beyond her expectations.
Miyu tried to contain her happiness inside. But burst out laughing, and hugged Hibari.
"Let! Go!" Hibari tried desperately to pull away from Miyu's iron-like grip.
"Oh, Kyo-chan!!! you're too cute!!!" Miyu laughed till she cried. Calming herself, she spoke, "You'll always be my favorite. Plus, I'm only nice to Tetsu-chan because he's your friend." She gently patted his head, "As for the puppy, I assume you're talking about Hayato-chan. I like him because he reminded me of you." She giggled, "you and him, are alike in some ways. For example, the way you both act like you don't want something, when, clearly, you can't take your eyes off of it."
Hibari stopped struggling. His face was red from either embarrassment or anger. Miyu couldn't tell.
"My dear, dear, Kyo-chan, you don't have to worry about things like this. I'm sorry I gave you the illusion that you were not loved as much as someone else okay?"
Hibari buried his head in Miyu's lap. A small smile tug at his lips. He wrapped his arms around Miyu.
"You are everything I've ever wanted."
