Catherine starred down at the phone that seemed like it was buzzing none stop. He was hitting double digits with the amount of missed calls marked on her phone... well, Alayna's phone. She thought her excuse was good enough to warrant her a couple days without any pestering and the chance for the others to figure out what she'd done.
She didn't expect for Dean to be so clingy... 12 missed calls all within the last two hours.
She had told Karoline and Dean she was just going to go meet up with Bobby to help with the Vampire Nest he'd left for two days prior.
In reality, she was sitting in a hotel room, waiting for her special visitor to make her arrival and tell her how to make her current living situation a little more permanent.
"You need the corpse." A voice spoke up from behind suddenly causing her to startle out of her own thoughts.
She dropped her phone onto the table top and slowly turned to the blonde Angel. "My corpse?" She echoed and Aurora shrugged her shoulders. "Could you be any creepier."
"You're the one who hitchhiked a ride in Alayna's body without any real knowledge on the spell," the Angel crossed her arms. "So, I'd play nice if I were you. I don't have to help."
"I would've brushed up on some of my facts if I hadn't literally been on my death bed," Catherine pursed her lips. "My death bed that now holds my corpse. A corpse you need... see how that's creepy."
"Do you want to take control of Alayna's body or not?" She asked sarcastically, already knowing her answer. She wouldn't have resorted to calling an Angel for help if she didn't.
"Look, I get it..." Catherine sighed, watching the blonde Angel move around the room and hooking some chains up to the bed post. "Alayna's consciousness could pop in any moment. Now, do you want to tell me what you're doing over there?"
"Get on the bed," she instructed and Catherine's eyebrows shot up. "Just in case Alayna decides to show up while I'm out getting your body."
Catherine rolled her eyes, but obliged. "So, I'm just going to be stuck in some hotel room, on a bed, while Dean Winchester is leaving me voicemails? Remind me again how this it better than being dead."
"Because..." Aurora clipped one cuff around her wrist and then reach across to do the other. "Once I do this spell, Alayna will be gone forever - finally - and that body will be all yours. It's a win-win all around."

A sudden cry woke up Dean from where he'd passed out on the couch. He jerked upright, spilling his beer on himself in the process. "Damn..." he trailed off, his eyes falling down to his crying son in the little play pen that Blair had set up a few weeks back. He was gripping the plastic fence as a way to stand up on his own.
He sighed, looking down at the beer staining the front of his shirt and jeans and then back up at the 13 month old. "Kare!" He called out, rubbing tiredly at his eyes - he'd barely slept the past three days and it didn't look like he was going to get some actual rest anytime soon.
The blonde came bounding out from the hallway that led to the back rooms with a curious frown. "Can you get Jackson, I need to change.
"Yeah," she hurried over to the small child and scooped him up easily with a smile. "Aw, what's wrong? When was the last time you fed him?"
Dean hesitated in the hallway, squinting at the clock. "Three hours ago."
She nodded, bringing him over to the highchair and setting him down before pouring some of his snacks out onto the tray.
Meanwhile, Dean headed back to his room and quickly tugging off his jeans and shirt before pulling a fresh pair of clothes from the drawer. He's just finished fastening his jeans around his waist when a voice spoke up.
