I stood there looking at the dangerously sharp piece of wood. Would I really be able to hurt someone if I was faced with that situation?

I shook my head trying not to think about it. The only thing that I need to think about is finding daddy, and getting out of here. I ran back to the top of the stairs, the shoot off still happening. Some people were fighting fist to fist, some knife with knife.

I hurriedly ran down the stairs, and behind a big plant. I could feel myself shaking with fear, my heart beating a mile a minute. How did this all happen. It seemed like not too long ago I was trying to hide myself away from my parents, now I'm trying to hide myself away from armed sex traffickers.

To the right I could see daddy's co workers, but I couldn't see daddy. I looked to the left and could see "master" and his men.

I took a deep breath and sprinted over behind another plant about ten feet away. I heard gun shots coming so close to me, but I just kept running until I made it to the plant.

I looked past a couple of guys and I finally saw him. I wanted to cry and run into his arms. I wanted him to pet my hair and tell me everything is ok. But I knew that's the last thing I could do right now.

I went to go run to the next safe spot when someone grabbed me by my hair, yanking me backwards. I screamed and turned around. It was the guy from the hotel.

"Wanted to join the fun eh? Should've stayed in yer' room lil' boy." I held the wood behind my back, clutching it tight, not knowing what to do.

He yanked me up by my hair and took out his gun, aiming it at me. My eyes widened, and I couldn't manage to scream.

"Ya know' I've always wanted to be the leader of this whole joint. I know what's best after all, that guy over there knows nothin of what he's doin'. I have no idea what he saw in ya ta take you in." He put the gun up against my head, smirking.

"Goodbye, ya lil' as-" I quickly swung the piece of wood and stabbed him in the shoulder. He dropped the gun, and I quickly picked it up, shakily aiming it at him.

"You lil' piece of shit!" My breathing was heavy, this is my first time being close to a gun and seeing one in person. Let alone holding it.

"You won't shoot, you don't have the balls." I gripped the gun tighter.

"I-I will d-don't test me!" He laughed, and slowly stepped towards me. I stepped back.

"You're just scared. I bet you don't even know how to shoot that thing" All I could hear around me was shooting, and the sounds of men getting killed.

"I-I" His face turned dark and he balled his hands.

He lunged at me quickly, trying to grab the gun. He grabbed the end of it trying to yank it.

"Give me that you fuc-" I heard a loud gunshot and screamed, closing my eyes.

I didn't do that did I? I didn't pull the trigger so who-

I felt arms wrap around me and I screamed, kicking to get away.

"Calm down! Baby! Calm down!" I knew the calm soothing voice that was behind me. Daddy...

I turned around and wrapped my arms around him. Letting all my tears flow out.

He gently grabbed me by my shoulders, and pushed me away so I was looking at him.

"Listen, I need you to hide somewhere safe. I'll come get you when it's over. I promise." I shook my head, I don't want to leave him again.

"N-No.. I don't wanna leave you!" He kissed my forehead.

"Please baby.. for me.." I bit my lip and slowly nodded. He picked me up and ran me over to a table, with a long white table cloth on it that will easily hide my location.

"I'll be back." I nodded my head, tears still running down my face.

I don't know how long I stayed down there, but the shooting was getting less And less until I heard clapping.

I looked out from underneath the table and saw "master". He had a smirk on his face, and his suit was still in perfect order.

"Good job, I must say. This all was quite entertaining. But I must interfere as your men have killed most of my men."

Daddy readied his gun, pointing it at the evil man.

"Eh eh eh, no need to shoot. I want to finish this all fair and square. Old school let's say. One on one."  Daddy didn't say anything.

"I'll explain. Your men, and my men put down their guns. While you and me fight with no weapons. Just our good Ol' fists. It will be a battle of strength, not weapons." Daddy stepped forward, still holding his gun.

"Why should I do what you say?" The man laughed, a blood curdling laugh.

"Why? Well for your 'baby'. He's all upstairs alone, probably wondering what's going on. If you win, you get him back."

I sighed in relief knowing he still thinks I'm upstairs. I bit my lip for the millionth time, tasting blood in my mouth.

"Fine.. tell your men to put down their weapons and I will mine."

"Master" smirked and ordered his men to yield, daddy's men did the same, standing back.

"Oh how delightful this will be! I'll have you know, I won't back down easily. That little boy is a scrumptious thing. His mouth can do wonders!" He said, straightening his white suit, with a smirk.

Daddy tightened his jaw, anger spilling out of him.

"You'll regret all of this!" The evil man rolled his eyes.

"3....2.....1.... good luck.." They charged at each other. Daddy landed the first punch, but "master" quickly bounced back.

I didn't want to look but I couldn't look away. They were both strong, but it looked like daddy was getting tired. He was starting to take more and more hits.

I looked around and saw a gun nearby. I quickly and quietly crawled to it and crawled back. Not taking my eyes away from the fight the whole time.

I then saw "master" reach into his back pocket and pull out something silver and shiny. I quickly realized that the object was a knife, and he lied to get daddy into this situation.

I quickly ran out under the table, and screamed. Shooting, defending daddy was the only thing on my mind.

I stopped shooting and dropped the gun, seeing the horrible excuse for a creature, motionless, on the ground. A pool of blood around his head.

Daddys men quickly started fire against the rest of the other men, quickly taking them down.

I dropped to the ground realization running over me. I shot somebody... I shot them, and killed them. Even if he was an evil  man, I still feel horrible.

Daddy ran over to me and picked me up. Wrapping his arms around me, my legs around his waist.

I started sobbing, crying my eyes out. Out of fear, relief, guilt, and exhaustion.

He rocked me back and fourth, whispering how much he loved me into my ear, trying to calm me down.

We stayed in that position, everyone being completely quiet apart from my sobs. I eventually calmed down, and I felt my eyes get heavy. I didn't try to fight the lulling darkness. I quickly ran to it, ran to the sleep that will, for a short time take the pain alway.
