We stopped at a small beat up looking hotel. I slowly stepped out of the car and daddy took my hand.

"Were gonna stay here. It's less in your face and more secretive." I didn't say anything and just looked around, wondering if it would've been a better decision just to stay home.

We walked to the front desk and got four rooms. Daddy and I walked to ours while the others went to theirs.

I studied everything we passed, even the person at the front desk.

The person at the front desk had to be in his late 40's to 50's and he had deep wrinkles on his forehead. His hair was graying and starting to thin out, and he didn't smile once while talking to us.

Another thing I noticed is how he kept staring at me. I tried to look away at first but it was just so uncomfortable and obvious that he was staring.

"Ok baby, I'm gonna go have a small
Meeting with the other guys. You'll have to stay here. You can take a nap if you want just don't answer the door to anyone OK?" I looked up at him nodding my head, still thinking about the strange guy at the front desk.

Daddy smiled and kissed me on the forehead, setting down our bags and walking out of the door, the door locking behind him.

I looked around the room, it was small but that didn't matter to me. There was one bed and a night desk next to it. In the far corner of the room was a dim lamp, flickering every now and then.

There were cracks in the walls and the wallpaper was peeling, hanging on for its life.

I plopped down on the bed and took a deep breath. What have I gotten myself into. It seems like the past couple of months have been crazy, and unreal. All of this is something I would only think to happen in some Wattpad book or something.

I closed my eyes, feeling them get heavy the longer I just laid there looking at the old, cracked ceiling.

I let myself seep into dream land as there was nothing better to do anyways.

I woke up and looked next to me to see daddy. He was turned away from me, slightly snoring.

I sat up in bed having the feeling that I probably wouldn't go back to bed tonight. Rubbing my eyes, I stretched.

What am I gonna do now? I don't feel like just sitting here all night.

Looking towards the room door there was light seeping into the dark room from the hallway. For some reason I felt like I needed to go out there. I guess it's a dash curiosity mixed with a big handful of stupidity.

I got up slowly making sure not to wake Callum and tip toed over to the door, opening it slowly.

Light poured into the room and I quickly stepped outside, closing the door behind me.

  Click

  Crap.

I tried to open the door again but it locked behind me, and my dense self forgot to bring the room key.

I sighed and walked down the hall. It was really quiet and I could hear every single creek the floor made.

I made it to the lobby and stopped at the corner when I heard the front desk guys voice. It was quiet and barely a whisper. I shuffled a little closer to try and hear his conversation. Yes it's rude to listen to other people's conversations but it's also rude to stare uncomfortably at someone. So now we're even.

  "Yes I'm sure it's them."

"No.... yes.... they're with this weak looking blondie.... seems to be the boyfriend or something of one of the guys." My heart dropped to the bottom of my stomach, and I wanted to run back to the room but my feet stayed put.

"Yes, it'll be easy. They won't suspect a thing. You'll all show up when they are all comfy and thing they're safe... perfect plan." I didn't know what to do, I have to warn them.

"Yeah, I don't think the blonde one is actually working with them, probably just the boyfriend... yeah just kill em if you have to." I gasped and slapped my hand over my mouth, wanting to mentally slap myself into oblivion.

The guy turned in my direction. His eyes Piercing into me. I stepped back and turned about to run but he quickly grabbed my wrist, pulling me toward him.

"What are you doing here boy? Isn't it past your bedtime or something?" His grip tightened on me and I shook my head.

"I-I was just looking for um t-toilet paper! We're all run out." He smirked and put the phone back up to his ear. Not letting go of me.

  "I have a new plan."
