As I spoke to Kumou i kept reminiscing about my past.
"Her name is Zhenya. We talked for what felt like an eternity. Mostly random things, I dont even remember what they were, I just know I felt my sadness drift away like it wasn't ever there."
"That sounds nice," Kumou replied.
"After a while she got up and told me we would meet later. That certainly was true. So, after she left, I returned to the castle and was told by my mother there was some important guests who had come to visit."
"Let me guess, Zhenya was there."
"Yeah, she was. It turned out her father was on friendly terms with my father, who had saved him when he was younger. He had come to pay his respects. He even produced a dagger my father given him engraved with the royal insignia."
"Hmm I see, so what happened after that."
"Well after the funeral Zhenya and I started spending a lot of time together; That's also about the time things became really crazy," I felt my body tense up at the thought of everything that had happened.
"How so?" Kumou asked.
"I had to choose a Queen."
