"Yeah, they say it's something like a dragon. Occasionally we see lights in the tower when treasure hunters who enter don't come back out. Usually there's a loud roar as well. Those who do come out have said they saw a monstrous figure."
"Hmm, so why hasn't anyone come to clear out the tower. Send in an army kill whatever's in there?"
"That's the thing, it's been tried many times in the past. Even before my grandfather was born. Every time ends the same. They all go in and don't come out."
"So why not seal the tower?"
"Can't. Here's where it gets weird, any attempt to seal the tower causes whatever's in there to roar so loud that it can be heard from miles away, and whatever they used to try and seal the tower instantly crumbles away to dust. So I've heard. It is forbidden to enter though nobody who lives here is foolish enough to go in there."
"Hmm, so we have a monster in a forbidden magic tower that will kill you if you go in the tower. Does that about sum it up?"
"Yeah, that's about the gist of it."
