THIRD PERSON POV
Tori continued to take pictures of the hieroglyphics not noticing the mummy slowly climbing out of the sarcophagus and slowly walking up behind her. The mummy sniffed the air as if trying to smell her. Tori remained oblivious to the fact that there was someone behind her. All of the sudden the mummy yelled something in ancient Egyptian startling her to turn around and look at him. She screamed and backed up against the wall. Her breathing became ragged, as her heart sped up. The mummy walked in step with her as she held onto the wall for support and slid against the wall. Something seemed too familiar here for Tori thought she was in some kind of dream. A scary one no doubt. The mummy could hear Tori's ragged breathing, so he reached out and she screamed again. The mummy hesitated and pulled off his wrappings that concealed his face to reveal a very handsome face. Tori started to breathe regularly, but her heart kept beating fast, and a blush crept up on her face.
AHKMENRAH'S POV
This girl smelled nice. I slowly sat up and looked over at the backside of a girl who was taking pictures of my hieroglyphics. I suppose she was going to study them later. I quietly climbed out of my sarcophagus and slowly made my way toward her. I couldn't help but sniff the air around her. She smelled so good. Very florally, yet extremely sweet. Again, it must be this girl's perfume. Finally I decided to make my presence known as I yelled, 'What are you doing here?' In my native ancient language. She screamed and jumped to face me. She then screamed again as she backed up against the wall and slid against it trying to get away from me. I noticed her breathing was irregular, so without thinking my hand reached out for her causing her to scream again. I took a moment to appreciate her beauty. She was very beautiful and looked to be about my age, but she was scared of me, and I needed to show her that I meant no harm. So I took off the wrappings of my face to reveal myself to her. Her expression changed from horrified to confused, to pleasantly shocked in a matter of seconds. So this little flower thought I was handsome. At that I began to smile.
TORI'S POV
I was taking pictures of the hieroglyphics to study them later. I wanted to learn to speak ancient Egyptian. The thought of that was so cool. I kept taking pictures of the hieroglyphs, not pausing when I felt a rush of cold air behind me. All of the sudden, I heard a powerful commanding male voice yell at me from behind, in a language that I didn't recognize or understand. I jumped at the voice and turned to face a mummy!! I'm sure it may have been an actor or something, but the wrappings looked so real! I knew that something about this felt familiar. Like a bad dream someone has. I slid against the wall of hieroglyphs trying to etch away from the mummy. I finally thought of why it was familiar! I felt like Evelyn Carnahan from the 1999 movie, 'The Mummy'! Only this time, there was no Rick O'Connel to jump in and save me. At that thought I would have cried right then and there, but it would be pointless. The mummy looked as if it were looking at me up and down, (as if inspecting me) then a mummified had reached out to me, and of course I screamed again. The mummy kept looking at me, although I couldn't see his face at all due to the wrappings that covered it, I could tell he was checking me out. 'Oh boy', I thought, 'I am in very serious trouble.' He suddenly moved his hand up towards his wrappings on his face and pulled them off to reveal, a young, handsome face of boy my age. I was pleasantly surprised.
