"Josh, Josh, Josh!"

"What, what, what?"

Tyler giggles as he approaches the table. He smiles at everyone before looking back at his boyfriend, "Guess what!"

"Um...you brought me lunch?"

"No."

"Um...you love me?"

"Well, yes. But no."

"Um...you...just had sex?"

"No," Tyler giggles.

"Um...you want to have sex and you came to get me?"

"No," Tyler giggles more.

"You came to get...Zack?"

Tyler gives him a look before looking at Zack, "Hey, Zack, you want to go fuck?"

Zack shrugs, "Sure."

Josh's head snaps toward him, "Hey. No. I was joking. You're not allowed to do that. You either," he says looking back at Tyler.

Tyler giggles and wraps an arm around the elder's neck, keeping his arm behind his back, the item in his hand out of sight for everybody.

"What's up, baby?"

"I want you to meet someone."

"Who?"

Tyler pulls his arm out from behind him and holds up a travel cage for a pet and sets it on the table.

"How the fuck did you hide that behind your back so well?" Brendon asks, looking at the big cage. "How the hell did none of us see that? Did you see that?" He asks, pointing at Patrick who shakes his head. He points to Jenna, "Did you?" She shakes her head.

Tyler laughs at their reactions. Opening the cage door, he reaches inside and pulls out a fluffy gray animal.

Josh stares at it, "What the hell is that thing?"

"Hey," Tyler whines, "he's not an it. His name is Burt."

"Is Ernie in there?" Zack laughs, jokingly looking inside the cage.

Tyler pouts, "Shut up, Zack. Why don't you go find Cody?"

Brendon laughs, earning a punch on the arm from Zack.

Tyler looks at Josh who lifts a finger and boops the animal on the nose. Tyler smacks his hand making him jump back.

"He doesn't know you, you can't just touch him!"

"I'm sorry!"

Tyler huffs, "He's a chinchilla."

"Why did you get a chinchilla?"

"Because. Lucas is moving out of the dorm and I don't wanna be alone, and we aren't allowed to have cats or dogs, and I didn't want a typical pet like a dumb fish or something, and I'm allergic to rabbits. So. Meet Burt."

"Why is Lucas moving out?"

"He doesn't like you."

"Hm. Well, hey, we can fuck in the dorm again."

Tyler giggles, "You just don't give two shits, do you?"

Josh shrugs, "I'm not the pussy who is moving out because of his roommate's lover."

"Don't say lover. That's weird. And for the record, I'd be terrified too if I was told I'd be ripped into tiny bits if I said something about someone."

"You threatened to kill Tyler's roommate?" Pete laughs.

"I didn't threaten to kill him."

"No. No, not at all," Tyler says, "just to rip into pieces."

"He left you alone, didn't he?"

Tyler rolls his eyes, "Pet Burt."

"He doesn't know me."

"Hold him. Let him get used to your scent."

Josh sighs as the brunette places the furry animal in his arms.

"Ew! Take him, take him!"

Tyler quickly takes the animal back, confused.

Josh stands up and holds his arms around allowing everyone to get a good view of his sweatshirt. They laugh and Tyler covers his mouth, hiding a grin.

Josh gives him a look, "Tell your child it's not nice to piss on people."

Tyler sighs tiredly, lying his head on Josh's bare chest. Josh wraps his arms around his shoulders and kisses his forehead.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"I missed dorm sex."

Tyler grins, "So did I."

"Are you gonna be alone now or are you getting another roommate?"

Tyler shrugs, "I don't know. Honestly, I thought about moving out myself."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I've been looking at apartments. I can't afford them on my own though. Not right now at least. I'd need more hours at work, but I'm already working my availability until school's done."

"What apartments?"

"Greenville."

"I was looking at those too."

"Really?"

"Mhm. There's a single bedroom one I was looking at, but I haven't checked it out in a while so it's probably gone."

"Or not. I was looking at a single bedroom. What if it's the same one?" Tyler laughs.

Josh chuckles.

The two look at each other for a moment before Tyler sits up. He leans over Josh and grabs his laptop out from under the bed.

Going to his saved Google links, he clicks on the apartment and opens it.

Josh laughs, "It is."

"Is it?"

"Yeah."

"It's still available," Tyler hums, looking at the description box. He looks at Josh who shrugs. "What are you thinking?"

Josh shrugs again, "I don't know. Would you...would you wanna get it?"

"I don't know. I want to, but I can't afford it," Tyler sighs, looking back at the screen.

"I meant with me," Josh says softly.

Tyler looks back at the elder, "What?"

"Would you want to get an apartment with me?"

Tyler grins, "Really?"

"Of course."

Tyler grins wider and giggles, making Josh chuckle, "I'd love to, Joshua."
