Ignis and I walked through the village, desperate to find the book of Yaldvir.

It had been out of desperation that I told them about the book. Enas was shocked that I knew about it and cursed out Salo for keeping secrets from him and Ignis.

Ignis had informed Mardus of the book and the four of us split up, Ignis and I searched through the village, getting a lead to the catacombs.
Mardus went to go be by Salo's side whilst having the meeting with the Yondir, to make sure he can gather all information of the coming war.

Enas on the other hand was put under room compulsion. He couldn't leave the room until I let down the barrier, it kept him from having any bad company and made sure that everyone else felt safe.
I was torn because he was the one to suggest it but he reassured me it was okay.

"So tell me about this vision again?" Ignis asked as we came to the edge of the village, walking on the rocks around a massive mountain.

"Basically He said something about yin and yang, power can't be destroyed, only an Yaldvirian can wield its power which we've proven wrong" I demonstrate by holding out a fist of energy.

"He hid the book of Yaldvir and killed the guard that gave him the stone" I explain.
Ignis's grip on his axe tightened slightly, the magma handle glowed brighter than usual.

"I cannot believe my father would do that"

"It was years ago, I saw a ten year old Enas and a nine year old you. Super adorable ponytail phase by the way" I said teasingly.

Ignis groans and I laugh.

"It still weirds me out how you have been able to see all of this" he says as we climb higher into the mountain range.

"I think I'm connected to one of the Yondir" I say recalling the girl named Zalla.

"Really?" He says as we reach a secret arch in the mountain range.
We both marvel at it for a minute.

"Yes. Mardus in my vision said that Salo will know who she is. They call her army the Army of Swords. She is ruthless, vengeful and has a power I can't describe" I say with pain.

Ignis looks at me with sympathy before we turn our heads to a massive cavern stretching as far as the eye could see.

"Don't tell me we have to go down there"

"We have to go down there" Ignis says immediately.
I groan before conjuring up enough energy to make my body glow with the white aura of power, I know I couldn't see it but my eyes were their blue sapphire colour.

I levitated slightly and Ignis conjured up two fists of fire before flying downwards, down
Into the cavern.
I sigh and follow afterwards, dropping feet first into the cavern.

It gets darker and darker.
"Ignis?" I shout as I realise the only thing I can see is the energy around my body that was allowing me to fly.

"Keep going." His voice echoes.
He must've been very deep down.

Swallowing my fear and I drop a tad faster, the light was merely a distant crack as I got further down.
I tried to make the glow more intense but only succeeded in making myself fall faster.

"Ignis I'm actually getting kinda scared. There is no light" I shout through the void of darkness.

"You need to trust me and rid of your light.
The magic works in the darkness, I need to find the entrance"

"I can't. If I do I'll just be free falling" I shout back.

"Please. Trust me Carla" I take a deep breath, cursing a few times before just dropping.
