Chapter 18: Who's the Killer?

Lorelei's POV

It's been half an hour since I posted this photos on the wall. Nauna na ako sa resort namin. Why would I sleep in the same apartment as someone who just said I love you to me.

Even though, I don't believe Loki. Ilang estudyante na ang napaiyak niya sa QED Club dahil sa mga love cases. If he's sincere, then he must prove it.

5 suspects on my mind. I can't believe I am doing this. I'm doubting my own clubmates. Di ko alam kung bakit mas pinagkakatiwalaan ko pa ang sinabi ni Sigyn kesa sa kanila.

I looked at their photos on the wall. I considered them as friends, but still, as the saying goes, your friend will gonna be your worst enemy. I feel sorry for them, but this case is to avenge the death of my childhood friend Alistair.

First suspect is Stein Alberts.

The ultimate freak who makes our lives miserable back in Clark High. But since his debut in the QED Club, he had "proven" himself as a valuable asset in the club. But what if Stein Alberts is playing another game on us? What if he just recreate the scene back in Clark High when he was a victim?

Second is Lucian Thoren Mendez.

My suitor, and also a potential General of Moriarty. He was a General back then, even though he helps the QED Club. Plus, his cold personality would be perfect as a General. Or, what if he's loyal to me but not to the QED Club? And to my dream two weeks ago, he's a mafia. Dreams sometimes gives true meaning to reality.

Third is Jamie Santiago

Well, she's Jamie. The Queen of Drama.

Next is Rhiannon Delos Reyes.

The newly recruited member of the Club. The closest girl to Loki years ago. She faked her own death years ago, which means she can be a good actress. And the worst is, she killed me in my dream. What if she's a General? Or what if she is Moriarty herself?

And lastly, Louis Kingsley Mendez.

He's the founder and president of the club. But his recent actions gave me doubts. He suddenly became more talkative, and he confessed that he loves me. He's not the Loki I know. And to the fact that even her sister Sigyn didn't trusted him.

Ang hirap. I can't choose just by basing it on my doubts. I must have a real proof. And tomorrow in this resort, I will make a way to confront them one by one with a voice recorder in my pocket. But I must make a perfect plan for it to be successful.

Our beach resort is a perfect place for this. Sa lawak nito, I can easily isolate anyone and confront them. But I'm aware of it's dangers. Everything's going according to plan.

But something bothers me. I know all of the QED Club members are really smart. Someone capable of beibg both a Sherlock or a Moriarty. What if the culprit also is planning something to prevent my plans?
