Chapter 6: The Dark Rose

Loki's POV

"Loki, gising na may pasalubong ako sa iyo"

I slowly opened my eyes. That braided hair. That warm smile. It completes my day.

"What gift is that Rhea?"

She opened the red box she was holding. Wow....It's beautiful.....It's my first time seeing this.

"A dark rose?"

"Yes Loki, I picked it up from our garden. Do you like it?", she said while smiling.

"Yes, of course, anything that came from you is very valuable to me"

She smiled again. That cute smile. I want to see it every day. I want to see it every second of my life.

"You have black roses in your garden? How?"

"Black roses only grows on Turkey, nagustuhan ni mama ang mga black roses kaya bumili si papa at dinala namin ang mga ito sa Pilipinas, kaya ayun, dumami"

She gave the rose to me and I examined it, from the stem to the petals.

"Beautiful, so beautiful.....just like you"

She smiled at what I said. She leaned close to me and hugged me. This is the warmest hug I ever had in my whole life. I wish I can stop the time and be with her like this forever.

KRIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGG

The school bell rang. I snapped out of of daydream. I saw Lorelei, Stein, and Alistair sitting on the couches watching the television. Jamie is on my side, looking at me.

"Loki dear, you look so cute while daydreaming", Jamie said while smiling.

That braided hair. That smile. That face.

I leaned closer to her. I touched her cheeks. Her eyes widened. She seemed shocked on what i did. Her cheeks slowly become red.

"L-Loki dear"

I closed my eyes and hugged her. Tears started to fall down my cheeks. I really missed her. I missed you Rhea. I really missed you.

Lorelei's POV

I pinched myself. I must be dreaming or something. Di ko nga maimagine na gagawin ni Loki ito. Hindi si Loki ito. This is not the Loki I know. Baka sinapian siya ng masamang elemento o baka kino control ng alien ang utak niya.

"Looks like Loki had found his new love", sabi ni Alistair.

"Yow Loki bro, you have some feelings on my actress aren't you?", sabi ni Stein. Oo nga pala, si Stein ang Director ng Theatre Club sa Clark High.

Mas lalong hinigpitan ni Loki ang yakap niya kay Jamie. And.............is he crying?

"I really miss you", sabi ni Loki.

Napanganga si Alistair. Napa slow clap naman si Stein. Ako? Nandito, hindi pa rin makapaniwala sa nangyayari.

"Oh I miss you too Loki dear", sabi ni Jamie at hinigpitan niya rin ang yakap kay Loki.

"I really Miss you..........Rhea"

Lumaki ang mga mata ni Jamie sa sinabi ni Loki. Tinulak niya si Loki at......

PAK!

Ganern. Sinampal ni Jamie si Loki ng napakalakas.

"I can't believe this", sabi ni Jamie at nag walk out.

"Jamie saan ka pupunta?", tanong ko sa kaniya. Di na niya ako pinakinggan.

"Loki are you okay?"
