IT feels beyond good to be back. I've started to feel happier as I've spent more time with everyone. I'm losing the super skinny look, which also makes me happy.
I always felt insecure when I was super skinny.
We had just went outside to go skating, when Stevie stopped Ray saying something along the lines of, "I forgot my board inside."
Ray unlocked the shop, and Stevie grabbed his board, so we could all go skating.
We dropped our boards, skating towards a skate park, that was an old banquet place. It was used for weddings and stuff like that. There was gazebos, and people had brought shit to make it a skate park. Like Ray said he helped build the ramp when they first took the place.
"Stevie, don't drink or smoke shit. You're just a little kid," I said and he nodded giving a thumbs up. We hopped a fence, Fourthgrade boosting me.
There was girls from the party, Estee the one that messed with Stevie, Jasmine, and the girl that Fuckshit fooled around with.
She eyed me as I walked in with the crew, the boys walking behind me like a posse.
I felt important, and the jealousy of the girls.
Ray walked over to a guy, and Fuckshit followed. I quickly grabbed Fuckshit's arm. "You can't go over there, Ray's trying to get featured," I said and he nodded, dropping his board, and skating away.
Ruben and I went to a gazebo and sat down.
"It feels good to have you back," Ruben said and U elbowed his ribcage, "really?"
"Of course. As much of an ass you can be, you're my best friend. And when you're with everyone else, you seem so much happier. Seeing you happy makes me happy," Ruben said and I hugged him, "that means a lot coming from you Rub."
"Now what the fuck is going on with you and Fuckshit. I'm tired of coming to your house while you're hiding from him," He said making me smile.
"To be honest?" I asked and he nodded. "I'm tired of his fucking games, and always being the one that has to come back. I don't even know if i like him anymore. Of course he's still a friend, but not like that," I explained and Ruben nodded again.
"It's like you like the idea of him more than him. You don't want to be with him, but you want to be with someone with a similar persona," And I gasped.
"That's exactly it!" I said and he nodded. He seemed a little down.
"So stop trying to be with him, and think about the personality that you like. Think about the kind of person you want to be with," Ruben said looking me in the eyes, tilting his head slightly.
"That's what I'm gonna do! Thanks for the idea Ruben! You're the best friend I could ever have," I said hugging his waist, and he hugged back tightly.
I grabbed my board, and dropped to start skating.
I was going to find a rebound guy.
KENZIE ik i literally say this in every chapter but,, IM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING! i've been super duper busy: i started competing in dance again (after tearing my alc) and i'm playing club volleyball which takes up so much time! i'm so sorry loves, and i'll see you guys next time <3
