Chapter 12 the wait

Shawn's POV
After what felt like an eternity we finally landed as I took off my seatbelt sign before the plane was even at the gate the stewardess came over and said "I'm sorry sir you must go back to your seat" I looked up at her with my most pleading eyes and said "please, the love of my life is in trouble"

She sighed and let me wait by the door. After a few minutes of waiting they let us out and I sprinted to the nearest exit. I had told jack and jack if they could pick me up.

I quickly had to race by a bunch of my fans, but instead of them being mad they were all really caring and said that they hope I can get there. It just made me feel more guilty that I couldn't take any photos with them.

As soon as I reached the Jacks car I told them to step on it, and as we're halfway to the hospital I get a call. Shit I left Aaliyah at the airport.

"Shawn if it wasn't for Anna I would be yelling at your ass"

I have an apologetic plea on my face even though Aaliyah can't see it she knows I'm doing it.

"Ugh I know your making that stupid face so I'll just take an Uber there"

"Thank you sis" I say and hung up.

When we finally reach the hospital I hop out and go to the desk. "Anna kinsky please?" The lady says "room 203"

That's all the way on the other wing so I sprint there till I Finally reach the room and slam the door open. Anna has gotten up and said "Shawn..."

I run over and hug her so hard I can hear her laugh.

"Alright mendes I just escaped death let's not choke me to death"

I smirk and kiss her passionately.

Anna's POV

In the begging I was surprised he kissed me but then I went with it. Enjoying every second of it.

As we break apart Shawn starts asking me questions

"How are you okay"
"Do you need anything"
"Who was there?"

A smile and put my hands up and say

"Woah woah one question at a time"
"They said someone called 911 guessing that it was you and they got there just in time"
"No I'm good and I don't need anything"

Shawn looks at me and raises an eve brow
"You didn't answer the last question"

I take a deep breath and mumble you wouldn't believe me anyway
He looks at me and cups my face in his hand and says "I would believe you even if you said the world was gonna end"

I chuckle and he says "oh my god is it?!?!?!"
"No shawn but it sure does feel like that"

"Why, you can tell me anything"

"It was him...my brother"

Shawn just looks at me and gives me another hug and I just start crying. Man I really needed this

Shawn says
"Don't worry we'll figure this out together"

"Thank you"
