Chapter 64 911

Anna's POV
It's been a few hours since Shawn called 911 to report a missing person, aka Jamie. And it didn't really kick in until the second owner that Jamie is missing. I didn't know what to do. Who to call. And even if I knew who to call what would I say.

Jamie didn't have many friends but I can only remember his one friend who actually cares for him like a brother. If he was anywhere he was there.

I dialed the number and waited. 

"Hello." He said

"Hey Adam it's Anna"

"Oh hey Anna long time no chat, how's it been"

"Um well not to good. By any chance have you seen my brother"

"No sorry, him and I haven't seen him since last week"

"Oh okay thanks" I say sounding defeated. I really don't know what to do. Jamie's missing, I finally got him back into my life and he was missing. Not to mention my sister also never showed up at the airport so she might be missing too.

"Hey what's wrong?" Adam asked. For a second there I forgot I was on the phone with him and got lost In my thoughts.

"Oh well it's just....Jamie he's gone and I don't know where he is"

"Oh my god are you okay?" Adam asks me. I look over at Shawn who's sitting with Cassie on the couch he looks over at me and smiles, I frown as I walk into the bathroom.

As I start to tear up I sigh and say "no if I'm being honest"

"Hey it's okay" Adam says trying to reassure me.

"But What is its not okay what if we can't find him?" I feel more tears falling down my cheeks. Like a river that won't stop.

"Hey Hey don't worry I promise we will find him"

"Don't make promises you can't keep Adam"

"I'm coming over, where are you?"

"No Adam, I'm back in Long Beach that's too much to ask"

"Don't worry I'm in Whittier so it's not far at all"

I sigh and accept defeat "thank you Adam"

"I'll be there in a few" he says as he hangs up the phone.

I walk out back from my bathroom to remember Shawn and Cassie are still here. Shoot I got to get Shawn out before Adam comes.

"Thank you Shawn for coming but I got it from here"
