Chapter 103 road Trip

Shawns POV (AN this is before Cassie has arrived btw)
I am pacing back and fourth, it's been 13 hours and no word from Cassie. I'm starting to doubt if she will actually show up. I canceled everything for this week just in case though. You still have to talk to Christina Shawn!

I sit down on one of my bars stools as I stare at Anna's contact, so tempted to just press the button, not only to tell her Cassie is not here but just to hear her voice.

Snap out of it shawn you have a girlfriend!
A girlfriend who you would break up with in a heartbeat if that meant Anna being with you.
She has a boyfriend stupid.
Well that never stopped us before.

Right before my finger pressed against Annas contact my phone buzzed up.

Christina Calling...

I hit the ignore button but yet again was stopped as their was a knock against my door. I groan as I went to pick it up.

to my surprise it was Cassie, and she was not alone. there was another bot around her age who looked star struck when I opened the door.

"Cassie" I say as I engulfed her in a hug. She seemed a bit startled at first but then gave into the hug.

"Cas, no was you know Shawn Mendes" This odd boy wearing clothes way too baggy on him.

"Babe thanks for the ride, you can go home now." She says to him.

"Come on I wanna Stay here with you" he whines.

"Um, this is my house and Cassie stays" I say sharply. The boy looked scared at first but then scoffed and said "Whatever Cas." As he headed back outside I motioned for Cassie to come in.

I didn't dare bring up Anna in the beginning, first we just started talking about everything going on. She was shocked to hear that Anna and I had dated and that's how I knew Jamie. She was also surprised to hear how much money I can make in a day.

After a few hours of chit chat I knew I had to tell her about Anna.

"Cassie, as much as I want you to stay here from a legal standard I could get in a lot of trouble. I could be reported for kidnapping and the press would have a field day with it."

She look at me with soft eyes "But you didn't kidnap me."

"It doesn't matter though, because I'm not your legal guardian so they can see it fit to punish it as kidnapping"

"Oh" she says looking down. "I don't want to get you in trouble"

"I know Cassie, that's why Anna wants me to take you home"

Her eyes are on the verge of tears as she says "I don't want to go home"

I wrap my arms around her as I say, "I know honey, but you have to I'm sorry"

she looks up at me as she says, "No I'm sorry, I shouldn't have evolved you in my shit"

I chuckle at her use of language, "well I wouldn't rather be in anyone else's shit than yours"

She looks up at me as I blush and say "That came out wrong"

We both just looks at each other and laugh.
