3 months later..........Vancouver......

I stood in the street looking at a sign. I smiled as I saw Welsh and Lyric already inside the shop. They were groomed and sitting on dog beds. They were in the window of the store. The window of my store. "Welsh and Lyric's Grub and Groom" I loved the name. Pierre gave me the money to get going and get advertising for the opening. I was thrilled. I had created a great spot for people and their dogs. I had people raving about me.

I was able to afford an apartment and got myself a car. I knew my life was better and would keep getting better since the tour had ended.

I was at work when they came back. I had no idea until I heard his laugh. River and Welsh ran to him and started to bark. I looked up and smile.

"Josh! When did you get in?" I laughed as I ran over to him.
"A few hours ago. I put my stuff at my place then came to see you. I missed you." He said as he engulfed me in a massive hug.
"I missed you too. You stink." I laughed into his chest. I heard the dogs barking at us and let him go. I let him say hi to the dogs as I went into the cafe side of the shop.

The cafe was dog themed. There were different breeds on the walls, some of the food was even named after breeds and people's pets. There was even an outdoor area. It was more for the dogs to just go out and roam since it was all grass and had benches.

"Wow this is amazing. I need to bring Bennie." Josh said as he walked around.
"Oh, your sister brought her in one day. She was excited to see me." I laughed as I rubbed Welsh's head.
"I hoped things went well when you came back. I didn't want you to be sad." He smiled.

"This has been a great thing for me. I just needed to find something that made me as happy as music makes you." I smiled as I walked through the shop.

"Pierre is going to be floored when he sees this place!" Josh took my hand and wouldn't let go. It was sweet.

I was over the moon that he was home. That I would get time with him. That I would be able to be alone with him. Sex wasn't the only thing on my mind. I wanted to show him my place and show him that I would be Ok if he went on tour again.

After closing time, Josh offered to help me walk the dogs home. I felt a little giddy, like when I first realized my feelings for him. All I wanted to was to curl up with him on a couch and watch a movie until we fell asleep. My head was spinning as we walked to my place.

"Well now I see why you picked that store front." He quipped as walked.

"That was before I got the car. I liked the idea of walking to work and walking the boys. It made things easier then having to worry about leaving them home alone so often." I laughed as I unlocked the door.

As we walked in Josh let out a low whistle as he looked around. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a larger open kitchen, a great bathroom that had a spa feel and a balcony that I loved to sit on when it rained with a cup of tea and watch the world go by. My room was simple but had a few girly touches that made it known I lived there. Josh was looking at the photos on the walls and smiled when he saw photos of us on the walls.

"So I see Pierre took some photos of us." He smirked as he pointed to a few.
"Yea he surprised me with them after I moved in. I had to put them up. There's also photos of all of us on the road." I looked around and laughed when I saw Welsh and River passed out on their beds.

I was lost in thought when Josh wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my neck. I felt a shudder run through me as he spun me around and pressed his lips to mine. My head spun as I responded to his advances.

"I missed you so much." He murmured in my ear. The heat from his breath caused me gasp. I had no idea how to respond. I had missed him so much it hurt. Now that he was back I had no idea what to do. No idea how to act.

"There have been so many sleepless nights without you. I want us to be an us again." I said as I kissed him deeply. I let my mind go as he held me close.
"If you want me, I'm yours." He had a smirk on his face as he pulled away.
"We need to catch up." I laughed as he held he tight.
