Me and Oak arrived back in Magnolia just as everyone was leaving the guild hall. We landed in front of it and were met with none other than Mirajane.
Mira: oh, you guys are back already?
(Y/n): na, we flew here. The others should be here in a few days.
Mira: ok, well I'll see you tomorrow.
(Y/n): later, Mira. *To Oak* We should probably get home too.
Oak: yeah, I need to recharge my magic energy.
(Y/n): well, let's get moving
We walked to the edge of Magnolia and into the forest. Then we saw it, home sweet home. Oh, I should probably mention, me and Oak live in a treehouse.

(A/n) I thought of this idea midway through writing so here ya go)
Me and Oak built this place from scratch and we are proud of our work. Took us a year and a half to put the whole thing together. I always loved the satisfying feeling of doing something yourself instead of having someone else do it for you. Like, why buy a house in town when you can build it yourself.
I unlocked the door and stepped inside.
Oak: yes, we're finally home. I want to sleep for like a month.
I then entered my bedroom.

I sat down on my bed and took off my boots and overcoat. I placed my sword next to the door and change into my (f/c) pajamas. Oak flew in and laid down in his bed if you could even call it that. Yeah, Oak sleeps in a hammock that's suspended from the ceiling.
Oak: it's been a long day, we deserve this.
(Y/n): damn right.
I laid down and pulled the covers over me.
(Y/n): night, Oak.
Oak: goodnight.
I turned off the lights in my room and turned over on my side as I closed my eyes and went to sleep.
