"I can't believe we are just now unpacking all of our wedding presents... it's been like two months!" Bowie said while unboxing one of their wedding gifts.
"Well I mean, we can both admit that we are procrastinators. And also, so many things happened the past month! So I don't blame us." Said Bex who was also unpacking another box.
"It's been so long I forgot what we got. It's like Christmas again!" Bowie said taking out one of their presents. "Ohhhh look at this!!! A set of kitchen knives!! This is wack!"
"Really? Those? Why those?" Bex said looking up at the box of kitchen knives Bowie was holding.
Bowie looked at Bex with a confused look. "What do you mean by that?! These are awesome!"
"I mean, I guess for you it is. I'm not that great of a chief... ask the oven." Bex responded. "Or maybe it's best you don't. She doesn't want to remember the time I tried to make cookies."
Bowie giggled. "I love you."
Bex smiled back at him. Then continued to open the box. Once she finally got the box open, she grabbed the present. "Oh my god."
Bowies eyes widened. "What?! Are you okay?"
"Better than ever!!" Bex said taking out what was inside the box.
"Bex! Don't scare me like that! Why did you say that?" Bowie said.
Bex showed Bowie what was in the box. "Look!! Look what we got!!"
"Elephants? With umbrellas? Who in the universe would get us that?" Bowie said in a confused tone.
"I don't know, but whoever did, is awesome and my favorite person forever! Aren't they so tiny and cute?!" Bex said cheerfully.
"I mean I guess. But for a wedding gift? Really? I still don't know why anyone would get those." Bowie responded.
"That would be me!" Andi Said as she walked out. "Mom told me she wanted those over text one day. I felt so bad I couldn't get you guys anything big, but I at least got you both something small."
"Awwwww!!! Ow! My heart!" Bex said looking up at her.
"Oh, well then it's the best gift!" Bowie said trying to make Andi forget what he said.
"It's not that much." Andi said sitting next to Bex.
"Andi! It is! I love it!! You didn't even need to buy us anything!" Bex said.
"But I felt so bad. I mean it's a huge deal! You guys were getting married!! I had to get you something!" Andi said back.
"No you didn't." Bowie said smiling. "You are the best gift that has happened to us. Even better than these kitchen knives!"
Andi started to blush.
"I couldn't agree more! You are wayyy better, and cuter than these elephants!" Bex said as she hugged Andi.
"I guess I am." Andi said with sass trying to get herself to stop blushing. "Let's see what else you guys got!! We have to unbox everything before tonight!"
"Tonight? What's going on tonight?" Bex said with a confused look. Bowie also looked confused.
Andi laughed. "Uh, the dinner? With aunt Mei and ling. Remember Cece wanted us to come with her to the restaurant?"
"Oh my god! I almost forgot about that!!" Bex said as she jumped up. "Apparently Ling has some news she wanted to share." Bex said while she rolled her eyes.
"Another surprise? Didn't she just had twins?" Bowie said standing up.
"I don't know. I'm guessing it's more of Aunt Mei wanting to brag in our faces. I don't think it's that big." Bex replied. "But it's in a few hours, we can get ready after we open the rest of our gifts." Bex said sitting back down with Bowie. "Let's open some more gifts!"

"How does this look?" Bowie said adjusting his tie.
After they unpacked the rest of their wedding gifts, both Bowie and Bex went to get ready.
Luckily for them, they had time to talk about the baby.
Before they forgot the plans, in the morning, they were planning to tell Andi that night, but now that they were going to dinner with the family, they decided to tell everyone at once.
"Amazing. You look so good." Bex said in a soft voice.
Bowie was wearing a blue buttoned up shirt along with a dark blue tie and dark grey jeans to go with it.
"And you, you look so beautiful. I really love that dress." Bowie said to Bex.
Bex was wearing her black dress she wore for Cyrus's bash-mitzvah. "That's why I wore it." Bex said smiling at Bowie. He smiled back.
"Oh no." Bex said while looking in the mirror.
"What?!" Bowie said in a scared voice.
"Uh, look." She said while holding her stomach. "I'm showing a little."
Bowie looked at Bex's stomach. "You're showing already?!" He said. "Aren't you not supposed to show till like three months?"
"I mean, I am a smaller person, and it just depends where the baby is." Bex responded while still looking in the mirror. "I knew this dress felt smaller." Bex looked at Bowie. "I don't know if I can wear this."
Bowie looked at her. "I mean, you can't really tell from the front."
"But what if they look at my sides?" Bex said back.
"Uh..." Bowie had no response.
"Wait! I got it!" Bex said running to her closet.
She grabbed a black cardigan. "That's better! You can't tell! Can you?" She asked bowie.
"I really can't! Smart thinking." Bowie said back.
Bex looked back in the mirror "I mean I know this dress doesn't really go with a cardigan, but it doesn't look that bad. It's just a dinner. But according to my mother, we had to dress fancy."
Bowie laughed.
************************
Once they arrived to the restaurant, Bex started to feel nauseous.
"Are you okay?" Bowie quietly said to Bex hoping Andi wouldn't hear.
"I'm getting out to see Cece!" Andi said as she got out of the car.
After Andi shut the door, Bex looked at Bowie. "Just nervous I guess."
"About what?" Bowie said.
"I don't know. I guess telling them. What if my mom isn't happy? And Andi?" She said back.
"Why wouldn't she be happy?" He asked.
"I mean the last time she found out I was pregnant, it didn't go so well." Bex said vividly remembered how her mom was sitting on her bed looking down at her ultrasound that she had found in Bex's memory box.
Bowie grabbed Bex's hand. "Oh Bex. You were younger. Plus that was the old Celia. We have the new Celia! I promise it will be okay. And Andi will be so overjoyed!" He kissed Bex in the head. "And if they aren't, you have me. And I am the happiest human on the earth. But I doubt neither of them will be upset."
Bex looked at Bowie and smiled and nodded. "Thank you."
They both got out of the car and met up with Cece and Andi and walked in to find Aunt Mei and Ling at the table.
Before they even sat down, Aunt Mei was already bragging. "Hi guys! Nice to see you guys! Didn't think you two would come! But that's better for Ronald! Guess what happened to him?"
Celia rolled her eyes. Bex, Bowie, and Andi both chose to ignore her and sat down.
"I don't know... what?" Celia said in a annoyed voice.
Ling smiled at Ronald who was sitting next to Aunt Mei and the twins. She also looked at Bex and waved hi. Ling isn't all like her mother. Though she tends to brag, she doesn't as much. She's a mix between her mom and Bex.
Mei looked over at Ronald. "Tell them! Tell them your surprise!"
Ronald looked at both of them and smiled big. "Well you can call me the smartest kid! I got a scholarship to go to a community college for my first two years!" He said excitedly.
"And he's only in the 7th grade! He's super smart." Mei added.
"Well Andi is pretty smart too!" Celia said back.
Andi just rolled her eyes and looked at Ronald. "Good for you!! Congrats!!" She said.
Ronald smiled.
"That's amazing bud! Good for you!" Bowie said back.
"That's amazing!!" Bex said to Ronald.
Mei looked over at Celia doing her 'haha I won' smile. Celia looked down knowing she lost again.
Both Bex and Bowie looked over at Celia, then each other. Both of them had the same question and same answer. They smiled then Bowie said "we also have a surprise!"
Celia jumped up and smiled and looked at them while Aunt Mei's smile faded away.
"You do?!" Andi said.
Bowie looked at her and smiled then nodded.
"Then tell us!!" Celia said.
He looked over at Bex who now wasn't smiling. He could tell she wasn't feeling good again. He leaned to her ear "Are you okay? Should I tell?"
Bex stared at the wall. "No. I want too. But I have to go to the bathroom first." She said as she stood up and headed towards the bathroom before anyone could stop her.
As she was walking to the bathroom, she wasn't really paying attention and bumped into someone. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" She said to the person. Before she could continue, she heard his voice. "It's ok." The guy said. She stopped. She knew that voice. But she couldn't think of his name. She then turned back to look. The all the sudden she went pale. Her eyes widened.
"Bex?" The guy said.
All Bex could say was his name....
"Gabriel."
