Good news, and Good news!

"Surprise!" Bex said while holding up jazz hands.
She looked around to see everyone's reaction.
Mei's face went from a smile, to a shocked look. But everyone else was silent.
"Wait what?" Andi said.
"You're going to be a big sister Andi!! Your mom is having a baby!!" Bowie said excitedly. He could tell Bex was nervous since no one said anything, so he tried to lighten up the mood.
Andi sat up and looked at Bex "Wait, really?!"
"Yeah! Are you excited?" She asked nervously.
"oh- my- GOD!! OF COURSE I AM!!!" Andi yelled as she jumped out of her chair and went up to hug both of her parents.
Mei's face was still in shock.
Bex looked over at her mom who also had the same expression as her sisters face.
"I heard you right... right?" Her mom asked.
Bex nodded her head.
Celia then looked over at Mei and this time did the 'I won' smile. But right after that, just like Andi, she jumped out of her chair and went to go hug Bex.
"That's so awesome guys!! Congratulations!! The twins will have a new best friend!" Ling said.
After Bex knew her mom was excited, she felt better.
"I can't believe I'm going to be a big sister!!!" Andi squealed. "Wait, do you know if it's a boy or a girl yet?"
Both Bex and Bowie giggled.
"Not yet, but probably my next appointment!" Bex replied "But the baby is too little to tell what the gender is."
"When's that?" Andi asked impatiently.
Bowie laughed "In the next couple of weeks."
"Ughh! That long!!" Andi said while rolling her eyes. "What do you think it is?"
"Hm. I actually haven't thought about that." Bowie said.
Bex replied with "Honestly, I don't know. I mean I kinda thought you were a boy, but also kinda thought you were a girl. I guess I just really don't like to guess. I'm bad at it, and I don't want to accidentally get my hopes up."
"What do you think it is?" Bowie asked Andi.
"Well I don't know much, but I don't know. I kinda want a brother. It would be so cute for you guys to have a girl and a boy! And a brother sounds kinda cool! I also just have this feeling it could be a boy. I think the universe is telling me it's a boy." Andi said.
Bex laughed. "You're so cute and funny, I love it!" And hugged her daughter. "But it might not be a boy, so please don't get your hopes up, okay?"
Andi hugged her back. "I won't. I promise."

"Guys, I have some very exciting news!" Buffy said to Andi and Cyrus.
All three of them met up at Andi's house before school so they could walk together.
"Me too!!" Andi replied trying to scream of excitement.
Buffy laughed "Well mine is super awesome!! I think your going to like it!"
"you will probably like mine too." Andi said with a little sass.
"I think we are all gonna love both of your guy's news!" Cyrus said trying to have the girls move on.
"You go first." Andi said to Buffy.
Buffy looked at both Andi and Cyrus and smiled. "So, remember for my 13th birthday we wanted to go to that huge indoor water park hotel, but my dad couldn't take us?"
"Oh yeah!! The one with the drop slide!!" Cyrus commented.
"Well since my mom wasn't home for my birthday that year, she promised me she would take me when she's home for my next birthday! And since she wasn't home last year when I turned 14, She felt extremely bad. So guess who got us tickets to the indoor water park?!" Buffy said with excitement. "Me!! Well, my mom really did, but still!"
"No way. For real?" Andi replied.
"Yep!! Since my birthday is on a Saturday, we are leaving Friday night. My mom has already talked to all your parents." Buffy replied
"So in a few weekends from now..." Cyrus said. "We will be the cool kids, on social media, posting videos of our reactions going down the tube slide?!"
Buffy laughed "Yep!!"
"You're mom is the best mom EVER!!!" He yelled.
"This is amazing!!!" Andi added. "I can't wait!!" Buffy smiled at both her friends. "But wow Buffy. When you said you have good news, like possibly better than mine, you were kinda right. I mean my news is mostly exciting to me, but yours... ahhh I just can't wait!!!" Andi squealed.
"Told you!!" Buffy said gently nudging Andi.
"Now it's your turn!! What's your news?" Cyrus asked.
"Oh yeah!! I almost forgot about that!!" Andi replied. "Well guess who's going to be a big sister?! Me!!!" Andi started to jump up and down. She couldn't contain her excitement.
Both Buffy and Cyrus stopped and both looked at Andi.
"Bex is having a baby?" Buffy asked.
"Yep!!!" Andi replied.
"That's amazing Andi!!!" Cyrus said. "Congratulations on you for becoming a big sister!!"
"Wow!! That's amazing!! That's as exciting as my news!!" Buffy added. "Do you know the gender yet?"
"No. Sadly." Andi said. "Buuutttt, I do think it's a boy!"
"How do you know that?" Cyrus asked.
"The universe!!" Andi said with jazz hands. "I don't know, but when Bex told me, It's like I instantly knew it was a boy!"
"What if the universe is wrong?" Buffy asked
"The universe so far has been correct. Plus, I know it to get my hopes up." Andi replied.
"Wow Andi! I'm really happy for you!!" Cyrus said again. "I always wanted a little sister or brother. But both my parents don't want any more kids I think." Cyrus said with disappointment.
"Well my baby brother..." She paused "Or sister, is your sibling too!" Andi said looking at Cyrus. "And same to you buffy, if you want."
"I mean babies are cute, but I think I like being the only kid for now." Buffy said as she laughed.
Cyrus and Andi laughed back.
Once they arrived at the school, they all said goodbye to each other and went to their classes.
All day It was hard for Andi to focus in any of her classes. She found herself doodling in her notebook. One of the doodles read 'Baby Mack coming soon' in fancy font. Andi smiled at the doodle and snapped a picture of it and sent it to Bex and Bowie along with a heart emoji.
