"So,tell me about this...Eskarina."

"She's just a friend."

"A common thing said by someone who has a crush."

"She's just a friend."

"Or you just can't tell her how you feel. I may not know you that well big brother but the old lady at the orphanage said you're really anti-social. So I think you're too shy to tell her because you're afraid she won't like you."

"She won't..."

"What makes you think that?"

"Because I'm not...I'm not good enough."

"Really?"

"You'll understand once you see her."

Once I saw her,I realised Nova wasn't lying. She was without a doubt beautiful, but...

I pulled Nova aside,with the girl seeming confused...

Maybe she thinks she's seeing doubles...

I dragged my elder brother aside. "You're telling me you can't talk to her?"

"Yeah..."

"Sure she's beautiful but you got this man! Just go up to her and talk to her."

"It's not that fuckin easy okay? Can I introduce you first?"

"Fine but we're figuring something out later."

"No!"

I walked out,smirking at Nova as I left him behind. I  introduced myself to Eskarina,who was still confused.

"I'm his twin. Younger. Dead as well. But you knew that already didn't you?"

"Clearly he's already filling his role as a younger sibling. He's been here less than thirty minutes and he's already annoying."

We sat together whilst Eskarina left to go visit her family,leaving us alone after all the formalities were over.

"So, what's the plan?" I asked

"What plan?"

"You know? The plan! To woo her! Win her over?"

"There is no plan Rey. She'd never..."

"Come on man, that low confidence is going to keep dragging you down. You can do it,just talk to the girl."

"It's easier said than done..."

"Why?"

Nova was silent,twiddling his thumbs together. "When I tried to give this girl a gift once...and tell her how I felt...she threw my gift in the trash, made me the laughing stock of the school. It fucking hurt to be rejected. Don't want that to happen again."

"Who says she'll reject you?"

"I'm not saying she will but...I'm scared that she might. What do I have to give her? I don't have much to offer,I'm not good looking,I'm not ripped with bulging muscles,I'm not tall-"

"Just be you man."

"Be cold,distant and anti-social? That's only gonna push her away."

"You haven't even tried yet idiot. You are good enough big bro! Come on. Don't give up without even starting. Go talk to her."

"But-"

"Go." I said,staring at Nova with the most intense look I could muster. Xenovia would look at me that way when I was younger and wouldn't want to listen. It would always make me obey no matter how much I tried to fight it. I hoped it would work on Nova.

Surely enough,it did. He stood up,sighing as he scratched his head.

"This isn't going to work."

"Gooo talk to the girl you silly!" I said,pushing him slightly toward Eskarina. "Go on. You got this!"

Nova was hesitant before he began making his way toward the farm girl. It was a start but he was slowly building up the courage to talk to her,even if I did force him somewhat.

"Alright...time to put my plan into motion."
