CHAPTER ]21[

Author's POV

Inside a cafe, a guy was sitting while crossing his legs. His sharp eyes were looking out of the class window from the cafe.

He huffed as he was glancing at his wrist watch for the recent times. He was waiting for someone but she didn't show up since just now.

"Where is she?," he murmured as he leaned his head back against the chair.

As soon as he said that, a figure entered the cafe and sat down at the chair right in front of him.

"Sorry, something came up just now," she said in her heavy breathing and snatched the drink on the table.

"What do you want to tell me about, Wendy?," the guy questioned straightly to the lady with the name Wendy.

Wendy was still busy catching her breath before she could finally controlled herself.

"Yesterday, I think I saw Kai," she said and received a shock look from the guy.

"Where did you see him?," he asked with his widened eyes, curious about it.

"Calm down Taeyong, I will tell you," the guy, Taeyong snorted in annoyance and leaned back.

He was curious to know about his ex husband. It had been four or five years since he last saw him and the baby.

He didn't want the baby actually so why bother about him? That was one of the reason why he left Kai, because of the baby.

That time, he felt that he was still young and it was too early to have a baby.

But unfortunately he was pregnant and that made him more shock and mad that time, he finally decided to just left the baby with Kai.

"I saw him with a guy, hand in hand," Wendy continued, chuckling to see the expression on Taeyong's face.

Taeyong clinched his teeth in anger. "Why are you so angry? Didn't you the one who left him and the bab-

"Don't mention about it! I hate hearing it," he snapped in anger, clenching his jaw.

Wendy shot an amused smirk while crossing her arms. "Why? You still like him hm?."

Taeyong grunted. He slammed the table in anger, glaring at the lady with his sharp eyes.

"I need to find out about that guy, does he have anything with Kai?," he murmured.

Wendy responded that with a loud scoffing. "I suggest you to stop bothering him, you will just make things worse."

Taeyong smirked devilishly. "If I can live peacefully then I would let him feel the same thing."

"What about the baby?," Wendy asked out of curiosity. She frowned as he heard those answers.

"I will just think about it later, now the most important thing is about Kai," he retorted, smiling satisfiedly as he felt like he could be with Kai like before.

Wendy released a heavy sigh as she heard that. She could only hope that Taeyong won't do any stupid things.

"I'm sure Kai won't let it if the guy is really important for him."

A tall guy was sitting at one of the table and his eyes were focusing on his cell phone since just now.

He startled as someone suddenly plopped down at the chair in front of him. "You're here."

He snorted and kept his phone aside before his eyes was looking at the guy coldly.

Kai chuckled nervously as he saw how cold the stare from Chanyeol.

"Yeol, let me explain, it's actually-

"You're supposed to tell me sooner so that I can meet your wife and oh gosh he is so beautiful but how can he got married to a beast like you," this time Kai was the one who pulled out his cold face and killed the taller with his sharp stare.

"Calm down, I'm just stating the facts," Chanyeol responded with a calm answer.

Kai was holding the urge to smack Chanyeol on his head and he really did it at last.

"How's Taeoh? I haven't see him for a while," he said as he rubbed his head.

"He's good and just come to visit, he must be so excited," Kai responded with an innocent face like he didnt even do anything wrong.

"Sure and I will get the chance to meet your wife as well," and one more smack he got on his head and this time was even more painful.

Chanyeol hissed in pain. "Hey! I can be stupid if you keep on hitting my head."

Kai chuckled. "You already are, Chanyeol."

Chanyeol responded that with a rolling eyes. He was used to this kind of Kai.

"Oh yes I don't know if you want to know about this but I need to tell you," he stated and clicked something on his cell phone before handed it to Kai.

"I saw him few days ago and I was not sure about what he was talking about and I slightly heard your name," Chanyeol started to explain everything. At first, he was about to leave when he saw Taeyong but hearing Kai's name made him stop.

Kai furrowed his eyebrows and looked over the picture. His eyes widened afterwards as he saw one familiar figure.

"This lady," he muttered and pointed at the lady in the picture.

"I think I saw her somewhere," he said and shut his eyes to remember about it.

He gasped as he remembered it clearly. "I saw her when I was out with Sehun, but are they related?."

Yes, he clearly remembered that. He saw her when they went out few days ago and probably she was the one who told Taeyong about it.

"I'm not sure but I can find it for you, so dont worry," Chanyeol stated and patted his friend's shoulder.

"Thanks."

"Oh yes, no matter what just please take care of Taeoh and Sehun, make sure you won't make them be in danger," Kai nodded as he heard that from Chanyeol.

He knew well why was Chanyeol talking about that. He knew his dangerous Taeyong could be if he wanted something.

"I will protect them and make sure no one can bother them."
