CHAPTER ]24[

Author's POV

Sehun was waiting nervously at the table. He was currently in a cafe that he promised Baekhyun to meet.

The words from last night kept on haunting him. He was afraid and also scared.

When Kai told him that Taeyong was actually his ex wife, that time he felt like his heart stopped at a moment.

What had happened? Did he come back to take Taeoh and Kai away from him?

He scoffed at the thought. "They are not yours Oh Sehun and he is the real mother of Taeoh."

He sighed deeply while pulling out a forcefully smile.  He just got to feel the happiness but would it disappear in a second?

Sehun huffed but he remembered that Kai said that there was no more feelings for him.

But what if it came back? Anything could happen.

"Sehun, sorry if im late," Baekhyun rushed to the table Sehun was sitting and plopped down on the chair.

Sehun chuckled. "It's fine," he said and looked at Baekhyun who was still exhausted. He probably ran all the way to come here.

"So, why do you wanna meet me?,"  Baekhyun asked after he took a sip of his drink and now focused to hear what Sehun would say.

Sehun inhaled deeply before starting to open his voice. "Yesterday, I overheard something while Kai Hyung and Chanyeol Hyung were talking."

Baekhyun furrowed his eyebrows but he kept silent to let Sehun finished his story.

"They mentioned something about this guy named Taeyong and I found out that he was his ex wife," the younger released a heavy sigh afterwards.

Baekhyun was shocked to hear it too but by seeing Sehun's reaction, he knew the guy was worried about it.

"So what's wrong with him?," he questioned although he knew what was the actual reason.

Sehun bit his bottom lips nervously. "I-Im just afraid if they will be together again and leave me," he muttered audibly.

His eyes suddenly became droopy and scared.

"Sehun, do you have any feelings towards him?," Baekhyun's sudden question made Sehun dumbstrucked. He rubbed his nape awkwardly.

"I will be lying if I say no, honestly I already fall for him from the first time I saw him," he stated firmly with his wide smile.

He felt relieved to say it out. To finally tell out about the feelings.

"Then you dont have to worry about anything, I'm sure Kai won't do that," Baekhyun uttered softly while his hand moved to her Sehun's hand gently.

Sehun huffed for the recent times. "I hope so," he murmured.

"Taeoh and Kai, both of them need you and they love you," Baekhyun exclaimed, shooting a comforting smile to Sehun.

"Really?," he asked, trying to curve a smile on his face.

Baekhyun nodded firmly. "Trust me, everything is going to be fine."

"I hope it is true, cause I know I can't leave them except they are the one who don't need me anymore," Sehun silently thought and pulled out a force smile.

"I'm home," Kai uttered as he stepped into the house and found our that it was silent.
