Author's POV

"Baby, are you sure?," Kai was asking the same question since just now.

Sehun sighed deeply. "Yes, I have a test today and I need to go," he replied and was still cooking for their family.

Kai huffed. He just didn't want to let Sehun go far from him. He was worried as Yeonseok could show up anytime.

"But I'm worried, Sehun," he stated and was still standing behind Sehun who was cooking.

Sehun turned his body to face his husband and curled up a comforting smile.

"You don't have to worry, I will be fine," he said and reached Kai's hand to held it tight.

He pecked a light kiss on the plump lips. "I promise I'll straightly go to your office after then," he stated.

Kai still looked unsure with that but he could not force Sehun. "Promise me to wait until I get there?."

Sehun responded with a nod. "Don't worry okay?," he giggled as finally Kai curved up a smile on his face.

"Eomma will be here to take care of Taeoh," Kai stated and soon a loud sound from the living room startled them.

They looked at each other and didn't have to ask who was it, who else was dare to barge in if it was not

"Good morning, Sehun!," Yuri exclaimed and went into the kitchen to assault Sehun with her tight hug.

Sehun grinned and replied the hug. "Good morning, eomma," he said before Yuri let him go.

"Are you okay? Kai told me about it, did he hurt you? I will finish him if he did that," the lady questioned in worried, looking at Sehun.

Sehun shook his head as reply. "No he didn't, don't worry eomma," he said and flashed a smile.

"Why does he need to come back? I never even liked him from the first time I saw him," Yuri stated without any doubt and Sehun could already guess who was it.

Kai rubbed his neck. "Eomma," he tried to stop his mother from mentioning about it again.

"What? It's the truth, I told you that I don't like him but you were so stubborn that time," she huffed, not even bothering if Kai might feel embarrassed or something.

Sehun furrowed his eyebrows.

"I'm glad to meet you, honestly I never see Kai being so happy before even with that person," Sehun replied with a smile, he actually felt guilty.

Kai nodded. "Yes, I really hope I met you before," he stated and pecked a kiss on Sehun's cheeks.

Sehun was embarrassed by that, Kai just did that in front of his mother.

"Go and get ready or you will be late," Yuri chuckled and glanced at the clock, it was already near ten.

"But I need to prepare this first," he continued his works before Yuri stopped him.

"It's okay I'll do it, you can go get ready," she said before pushing Sehun and Kai out of the kitchen.

Kai chuckled before lifting Sehun into his arms and brought him onto their room.

"Hey! Put me down!," Sehun tried to get down, his cheek was already blushing hard.

After near an hour with Sehun and Kai quarreling with each other, finally they were done and we're already out if the room.
