Chapter XIII •

I woke up in my new house. Actually our house. The thought of Minki's presence made me smile. I am so happy that I'll see her soon and we will move here. Today I am going home. I got ready, locked my house and went to the airport.

I arrived home and as soon as I opened the door mom came and hugged me.
"Jonghyun, I missed you!"
"I was gone 3 days mom..."
"Too much!"
"Well, you should get used with it because tomorrow night I am leaving forever."
"WHAT?! What means forever?"
"It means I am moving. In another country. I am 21 I can't stay with you all my life."
"Is it because you are gay?"
"No mom..."
"Is it because of your dad?"
"No. I just want to leave."
Actually it is my dad's fault. If he let Minki to stay with me here, I wouldn't leave. I'll miss this house...I went in my room. I have to take a nap and when dad will came, I'll wait a little longer and I'll go to get Minki. I can't really fall asleep...I am so nervous. Few hours and I'll have the love of my life in my arms...But also few hours until I leave the place where I grew up. The place where I had learned to talk, where I learned to walk, where I cried, where I laughed and where I spent my time with her. It is better than living here without Minki. These thoughts made me to fall asleep. I woke up at 3 a.m. And our flight is at 5:45 a.m. I have to be fast. I went in my parents room to see if they are sleeping and if dad came home. He was sleeping. So was mom. I dressed up and took the luggage. I was about to leave when I heard my grandmother calling my name. I turned around to see what she wanted.
"What happened grandma?"
She was holding back her tears. Was she really sad about my leaving?
"Be careful ok? Call me every day and most important, don't forget that I love you and I support your decision."
Then she started crying. It was the first time in my life when I saw grandma like that. She never cried in front of me. Neither in front of my parents. I couldn't help and I started crying too...
"Thank you grandma! For being the only person who was by my side and supported me in everything I did. Thank you so much, I love you."
She smiled and we hugged. I smiled the last time at her and left. This thing hurt me more than anything else. But I had to bear it. I took a taxi and went straight to the hospital. I told the driver to wait for me. With a deep breath I entered in the familiar hallway. No one was really there. But the cameras were working. I went in the yard to try and break into the system. Thank God my best friend was a hacker and I wanted to learn how to hack. It was easy. I entered again and the cameras stopped working. I did a great job. I hurried to the forbidden area. This place was even uglier. I found her room faster than I thought. I tried to open it but it was locked. I have two choices; to try and open it with my keys and the lantern or to find the keys. I guess it is more risky to go and find the keys so I have to apply my tactic. Surprisingly it worked, the door opened. Minki was sleeping. I closed the door after me so if someone walked around this room they won't notice a random person in the room. I approached her bed and shook her a bit. It was enough for her to wake up and slap me. She was more shocked than me.
"JONGHYUN?!"
"Shh be quiet..."
"You really came!"
"I promised you."
She grabbed my hands and kissed me. I...didn't expect this. I am not complaining tho. We broke the kiss and she looked at me. I smiled at her and she smiled at me.
"Let's get you out of here." I said and grabbed her hand. We ran downstairs and then straight into the taxi. Thankfully the driver was so nice and waited so long for me. He started driving to the airport. I checked my bag to see if I have the passports. Once again I am so proud of myself. I managed to make her a passport. We arrived fast at the airport. It was 4:57 a.m. We still have time. I paid the driver and we went in the airport.
"I have never been in an airport before. Neither in another country." I smiled at how cute her reaction was.
"You will like it."

We finished the procedure and we went in the plane. Minki was looking carefully at everything.
"Be ready, we have a long way."
"I am so ready for this."
She truly was ready...for a sleep. All the way to Spain she was sleeping. And I was bored. Or tired and I slept 2 hours too.

We arrived to our final destination, which means our house. I am so excited! Minki was looking at it. She looked impressed.
"I already love it!" She whispered and we went inside.
"What do you think?" I asked her after she saw all the rooms.
"It's perfect! Thank you so much I love you!"
"I love you too! That's why I did all of this." And we kissed again.
