Chapter Two: Blade

"Wow! We got a lot done today." Blade smiled. "So close, but so far." I laughed. We both ended up laughing together. It was almost 6:30 pm and Blade needed to leave. "I had fun today, even though most of the time we did work." he smiled at me, showing his perfect, white teeth. "I had fun too. We still need to work on it tomorrow." I answered. Man, I couldn't stop staring. His body and his face, I love it.

"Well, it's almost night time and the moon's coming out-"

"Oh shoot! I gotta go then!" Blade interrupted. I looked at him like he had three heads. "I'm sorry, it's past my curfew. I'll see you tomorrow!" he quickly spoke and went his way. I was so confused but I just laughed it off.

-15 Minutes Later-

"Juliette! I'm home!" I heard mom call. I took off my earbuds from listening to my favorite song and went downstairs. "Hi mommy." I greeted. Yes, I call my mom, mommy. And that's most likely not gonna change.

"What's for dinner?" I asked, as I was grabbing a cup and filling it with water. "I got takeout for you." she replied. I quickly poked my head from out of the kitchen. "I got you a Wendy's 4 for 4." I placed the cup of water on the counter and ran to give mom a hug. She knew how much I loved that 4 for 4. I haven't had it in a while.  "Thank you!"

I went over to the kitchen to grab my cup of water and sat over at the dining room table with my 4 for 4.

-30 Minutes Later-

I went upstairs to my room and I heard knocking on my window. It was Naomi. Since Naomi and I are like two sticks glued together, we're neighbors actually. We have this mini bridge that connects to a tree on each side, so we could meet each other whenever we wanted to. And, for some extra fun, we could go to each other's houses without leaving our house.

I went over to the window and opened it and walked on the bridge to the tree. Naomi was sitting down with a blanket and a few pillows that were already provided. "Did you guys have sex yet?" she asked me, right away. I laughed and playfully smacked her on the arm. "We didn't move that quick." I answered.

"How much did you get done?"

"We're almost finished. We need to do some more typing and writing, but not that much."

"Ian and I barely did anything. We just ki-" Naomi stopped herself from talking, turned her head to the side and smirked.

"You guys what?" I smiled.

"Let's just say that Ian and I are dating, now."

"That fast?! You guys just met."

"Wrong, we've been talking and texting. And we've hung out a few times." Naomi smirked again. "How come you didn't tell me? I would've hooked you guys up sooner, and I thought that you were my best friend." I felt a bit hurt that she wouldn't tell me anything. We would tell each other everything! We were like sisters.

"I'm sorry. I didn't want to seem like I was bragging. Since, I knew that you didn't have someone with you."

I shook my head. "I'm glad that you care about my feelings but, please don't hide anything from me."

"I won't ever again. I promise." she reached over to me and gave me a hug.

-THE NEXT MORNING-

-7:30 am

I woke up to someone knocking on my window again. I slowly opened my eyes and looked over to see, you guessed it...Naomi. "Wake up! Don't want your ass to be late again!" she shouted through the glass. I couldn't help but laugh at her. The things that she does. I did my daily routine and put on this outfit.
