School has passed and of course, Naomi and I were back at the pack. We asked the man we kept for a location to where Austin could've been, his answer was the father's basement. Wherever the hell that was. "Where is the basement?" Blade questioned. "Jamaica, Queens. It's a modern house that has the number 34 on its mailbox." the man replies. Why the hell was it all the way over there? Blade nodded, and grabbed his car keys from his pocket. "All of you guys come with me, except for the extras." We all nodded and followed him. "Oh! And my car can't fit all of you, so Ty, take your car!" Ty nodded and we were off.
-45 Minutes Later-
It took us a while but we found the house. All I was thinking about was getting Austin and his father in jail, for life.

Such a typical house, where everyone would pass and think that nothing's going on. All of us were hiding behind our cars, watching people come in and out of the house. As I was spectating, I saw a familiar figure come out of the house. I tapped Naomi so that she would look too. "Is that Valentine?" we whispered in unison. "Who?" Violet asked. "That girl over there." I slightly pointed. Violet took a good look and saw Valentine with...Austin?
"Boss, look!" Blade looked over and saw what Violet saw. "You know her?" Blade asked me. I nodded. "Not as a friend though. She was more of an enemy. She always bothered Naomi and I, no matter where we are." Blade shook his head. "How the hell are we gonna get in? The place is filled with guards." Antonio questioned. A lightbulb just went off. "If we can't get through the front, we might as well get through the top." I said. "The girl gotta point." Jaden replied. "We need a distraction of some sort." Aliza chimed in.
"I'll do something." Naomi spoke. "You're not alone, here." Jack piped up. Blade nodded. "You guys go first, then while we try to sneak to one of the nearby trees, try to...just...do your thing." Naomi and Jack nodded. Naomi and Jack stood up and walked to the door. As soon as they were by the guards, Renee motioned her head for us to run to one of the nearby trees and bushes.
*Naomi's POV*
"Hi, um. My husband and I got kicked out of our apartment, and this was the closest place we could find. Is it okay if we-"
"Sorry, but this house is not available for that. Go find some place else!" the bodyguard snapped at me. "Please, my wife is pregnant and she needs a place to rest." Jack pleaded. Not gonna lie, this was pretty funny. I had to bite the inside of my cheeks. "I'm 2 weeks." I said. "Please..." The bodyguard looked at his fellow bodyguard, who slightly nodded no. "Please.." I begged again, then I started to cry. Damn! Acting school here I come!
Through my fake tears I saw Blade, Juliette and the others start climbing on one of the trees to get to the top of the house. "Fine." one of the bodyguards gave in. He unlocked the door and Jack and I stepped into the house, closing the door behind. "This is beautiful. Thank you." I replied. "You can stay here for a few minutes or so. But until then, there's food in the fridge and you can relax on the couch." the bodyguard said. "Thanks again, man." Jack said. The bodyguard looked at us skeptically and went back outside, locking the door. "That was the most weirdest shit I had to do." Jack whispered to me. "If we want to save Ian and the mother, we have to do it." I whispered back.
I started to walk slowly and quietly around the place. "Where could they be?" I asked. Jack walked up to a door and slightly tried to open it. We both made eye contact for a second and tried to unlock it. "This must be the basement." I said.
*Juliette's POV*
All of us were now on the roof, and we saw latch that had a lock on it. "Fuck! How do we open it?" Blade sighed. I grabbed a bobby pin from my hair and picked at the lock. I smiled. I took the lock off and opened the latch. I saw Blade smile at me from the corner of my eye. We each jumped down one by one. "Ian! Mom!" Blade slightly called out. He ran over and took the tape off of his mouth. "Where's the key for the cuffs?" Blade asked frantically. "The man has it."
"What man-" The door suddenly flies open. "They're here!" Austin yelled. Blade and I then shifted and started to attack while some of the vampires tried to get Ian and their mother free. There had to be at least 15 guys in the room. Antonio used his sharp teeth to bite all of the cuffs. Aliza took the mother to the side with Renee. "Sit tight." she said.
*Naomi's POV*
"There's commotion! Quickly!" Jack whisper-yelled at me. The door then opened, stopping me in my tracks. "What are you doing?!" The bodyguard yelled at me. I then shifted while Jack started to attack. I jumped onto one of the bodyguards and punched the hell out of him, knocking him out cold. Jack kicked the other bodyguard in the face, also knocking him out cold. I ran over to the door and kicked it open, revealing chaos happening down the stairs. We both ran downstairs and joined the fight.
"Long time no see!" I yelled over the commotion to Juliette. "This is annoying! They won't stay down!" Juliette yelled as we all continued to kick and punch. "ENOUGH!" we heard a man yell and we all quickly turned around. "Anthony..." I heard the mother say. All of the 15 men straightened out their clothes and stood up straight. "We want Austin." Ian called out. "Not gonna happen." Anthony said, while he quickly through a smoke bomb.
"Duck!" Juliette yelled. We all ran away from the smoke bomb while it went off. We all began to cough and got blinded by the smoke.
"They escaped." Blade said when the smoke cleared up.
