Ellie and Jason had been together for almost eight months when they made the decision to move in together. Jason joined her in her apartment since it was bigger than his, and together they made it theirs.
Laying together in bed one night after a round of steamy hot sex Jason decided to bring up what could be a sensitive topic.
"Ellie Sweetheart" he whispered as he ran his fingers through her hair while she lay her head on his chest.
"Yeah?"
"Have you ever thought about having kids?"
"Umm... it's something I always knew I wanted" she answered. "Why do you ask?" She said as she sat up and looked at him.
"It's no secret that I've got a few years on you Sweetheart" he chuckled as he gestured to his greying facial hair. "I've always wanted a family, but I never found someone I wanted to have one with until you" he smiled.
"You want kids?"
"Yeah. I mean I don't want to put it off too long. I'm not getting any younger. But I don't want to put any pressure on you either Ellie. You're still only young. If you're not ready that's okay".
"I'd like to start a family with you Jason" she smiled.
"You would? You're ready for that?"
"I am... I think. I'm just a little... scared".
"Scared? Why are you scared Babygirl?" Jason asked as he stroked her cheek.
"I'm worried I won't be a good Mum".
"Oh Sweetheart... you would make a fantastic Mother"
"You think so?"
"I know so" He smiled.
"Okay. Let's do it"
"Really?" He grinned widely.
"Absolutely... let's start a family".
"I fucking love you" Jason smiled as he pulled Ellie in to his arms. "You don't wanna you know... get married first?"
"That's a little old fashioned" Ellie teased.
"I prefer the term traditional" he countered with a laugh.
"Well Mr Crouse... whenever you want to pop the question. You know what my answer will be" she smiled as she kissed him. "I love you".
Ellie stopped taking her birth control the very next day and they began to try for a baby. After a couple months they had no luck, but they remained optimistic and had a lot of fun trying.
Today was the anniversary of the day they first met and Jason was taking Ellie out for a surprise. When they drove outside the city she got a little curious. What could be out in the middle of nowhere?
When they arrived at a small picnic area it was well and truly dark. He made Ellie put on a blindfold while he set a few things up before leading her out of the truck and towards her surprise.
"Okay, open your eyes" he instructed.
Ellie looked to see that he had set up their telescope. He had organised a star gazing trip. They often spent time looking at the stars together but they had never gone on a special trip, just set up the telescope on the roof of their apartment building.
"Jason" she smiled. "We're star gazing?"
"Yeah" he smiled. "I heard there is something special happening tonight so I though you would appreciate the best view possible" he smiled. "Here, find these stars" he said as he handed her a piece of paper. "This is where we should be able to see it".
Moving the telescope Ellie located the spot. "What are we going to see? A shooting star?" She asked excitedly.
"You see that bright star off to the left?" Jason said.
"Yeah".
"It's yours".
"What?" She asked looking st him.
"It had it named for you" he grinned as he handed her an official piece of paper that stated the stars location and it's name: Ellie's Star.
"Jason... this is amazing" she gushed. "You had a star named for me!"
"Sure did Sweetheart" he smiled.
She looked through the telescope again admiring the star. It was the brightest on in the small cluster of stars. It was the most perfect gift. "Jason-" she began as she turned to look at him, finding him down on one knee with a diamond ring in his hand she was stopped in her tracks.
"Elizabeth Sullivan... will you make me the happiest man in the universe and marry me?" He asked hopefully.
"Yes! Yes of course I will!" She exclaimed. Jason rose to his feet and wrapped his strong arms around her spinning her around.
"I love you Ellie" he grinned happily as he slipped the beautiful white gold diamond and topaz ring onto her finger.

"It's beautiful" she grinned as she admired the ring.
"The blue reminded me of your eyes" Jason smiled. "The moment I saw it I knew it was the one".
"How long have you been planning this?"
"A while. I wanted it to be something special. Some unique to you, to us" he told her.
"This moment could not have been more perfect Jason. I love you so much" she smiled as she wrapped her arms around him. "I could think of one thing that would make this night even more memorable" she whispered seductively as she began to undo his pants.
"You are naughty" Jason smirked."We could be arrested for this you know" his voice a deep and sexy growl.
"It would totally be worth it" Ellie giggled.
"I love it" he laughed as he picked her up and lay her down on the picnic blanket. They made love beneath the stars and Jason had her screaming his name over and over as he gave her all the pleasure in the world.
