Lucy's POV

It's been a week. I'm still stuck in this damn cell. I've tried continuously to try and get my magic to work, but each try lead to failure. I can't believe my father did this!... Well that's a lie really isn't it... I slouched against the wooden wall of my home... my cell. It was driving me insane. Erza, Wendy and Levy visited me often so I wouldn't completely lose my mine, they updated me often on Natsu and everything that was happening on the ship. So far, Natsu hasn't made any changes. It made me sick knowing that I couldn't do anything. How do you change somebody's memory back? Is it even possible? I rested my head in my tired hands as tears once again began to fall down my ruined face. This is unbearable...

From what I can see through the porthole of the ship it was nighttime, but I couldn't sleep. Some of Sabertooth's crew were still locked up down here with me in their individual cells. They would try talking to me but I wanted nothing to do with them, they were one of the reasons for all of this damn mess, if it wasn't for that damn fight Natsu wouldn't of past out. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't all be in pain. If it wasn't for them... "Lucy?" A soft familiar voice broke me from my suffocating trance. Her blond flowing hair reached her toes, her eyes held pity upon me in my state. I hadn't washed for a week, as there was nowhere to wash in the cell. Which also meant I had worn the same cloths for the past week. My hair in knots, my eyes holding bags beneath them... I was a mess. "Oh Lucy, you look dreadful."

"Thanks for the compliment Mavis," I huffed as I turned away from her, "What brings you here, nobody has seen you in ages. So why now." She sat beside me with a sad smile.

"I think I know how to fix this, I saw this coming for a while. I would of warned you. But there were more risks if I had done." I looked at her, shock written on my face.

"What do you mean?"

"I can save you two, but if I do. There is a price, will you be willing to take it," I couldn't believe what she was saying. I nodded, sitting up upon my knees and taking her hands. I couldn't feel them but I knew they where there, "I'll do anything Mavis, just please help us. Fairytail needs him and so do I." She smiled as she looked at my hands that held hers.

"The price will be a heavy one-"

"I don't care Mavis, even if it kills me," I interrupted. I couldn't read her expression as she got up off the floor.

"Give me till the morning," she said as she walked away disappearing and reappearing on the other side of the cell. She looked back at me with a smile before I could no longer see her. What is she going to do?
