On The Run

It was 5 in the afternoon when Jackson and I finished our game of pool and put on a hot playlist. We were in the middle of making out when Adam opened the basement door and walked down the creaky steps. I moved off of him and shut the music off. Adam sat next to me on the small couch and covered his legs with the blanket I was using. He pulled out his red vape then took a hit. He passed it to me then I hit it. Jackson reached out for it and as I went to give it to him Adam grabbed it.

"You have Mollie herpes don't be putting your mouth on my shit. You have your own." Adam said.
"Are we really on this again? Can't you shut up about my relationship for 5 fucking seconds. Fuck, Adam you're always in my shit."
"Jackson just shut the fuck up okay? We all know you don't give a shit about your 'precious' relationship. You text Mollie and 17 other girls and don't even care about the one you have."

With that Jackson got up and walked up the basement stairs. I sighed, then looked to Adam.

"Did you really have to do that?" I asked annoyed.
"Mollie got mono from Aubrey and I'm not about to get that shit."
"Whatever."

I looked down then toward the stairs. I heard the door open and saw Jackson coming down the steps. He came over to the couch and grabbed his phone he left here. He kissed my cheek.

"I'm going to work I'll be back around ten."
"Okay." I said smiling. "I love you."
"Love you too." He said running up the stairs.

I laid back and turned on my phone. It was almost 6.

"Do you wanna watch Mama? I've been wanting to watch it." Adam asked with a smile.
"Sure but I hate scary movies."
"It's okay. I'm gonna go make popcorn and get us drinks."
"Okay. I'll be here."

He went upstairs and I grabbed his phone from the table. I had put my thumb print in his phone a few months ago but I set it as 'Left thumb' just in case he ever looked, I did that with Jackson too but I never looked in his stuff because of the fact I might find something I didn't want to. I occasionally looked through Adams phone but to see what he was up too. He did the same with mine. I looked in his messages and clicked on him and his friend Anthony's chat. "Bro I love her." He sent that. But deleted the other messages, Anthony never replied. I wondered who it was. I then exited that and opened Notes. There was a couple grocery lists and other junk. But then one note capuchin my eye. It was headed 'people Jack has slept with' My heart dropped to the floor as I opened it. The list read; Mollie, Ciera, Courtney, Jayla, Ally, and Olivia. I quickly went off and continued looking through his notes. One said; To her. Before I could open it I heard Adam open the basement door. I hurriedly closed the app and sat his phone on the table, then picked up mine.

He came over to the couch and handed me Coke and a bag of popcorn. He turned on Mama and we began to watch the movie. My mind drifted off to the note I saw. Did Jackson really sleep with all of them? And who was that note for and what did it say?
