You turned the shower off after you were finished cleaning after while. Freddy watched from the corner of the room, holding himself and shivering in his metal shell. You didn't realize how easily robots could feel temperature until he got out and, basically, yelped at how cold the air felt on his circuits and plates. It did scare you for a moment, but thankfully the rest of his insides were safe and sound from water damage. You turned the knobs fully around until they refused, then you pushed the shower door closed and made your way over to the towels on the counter near the sinks. You picked one up and wrapped it around your chest and lower half, then turned to Freddy to help him with his. Sadly, he was too big. You huffed softly. "Here, I'll just dry you off myself," You nodded, laughing slightly in embarrassment for yourself.

Freddy gave a soft giggle and nodded, blushing and wiggling his ears. His mood was at least better than before, and he seemed much more livelier. You took the white, soft towel and motioned him to bend down to where you could reach his ears. You rubbed behind and around, giving them a good scratch even, and fortunately you got a few mechanical purrs of satisfaction. He lifted his arms, where you reached under and wrapped around to get the water off from underneath. "Is this what you do every time you get out?" He asked after a moment and tilted his head to look to you.

You nodded and bit your lip as you rubbed the towel up and down his arms. "Yep, this is the last part of taking a bath. Pretty nice so you're not cold when you're done," you told him and smiled. You gave a soft sigh and looked to the door. You wondered if it was best to tell the others you and Freddy were going out, or if it was best to wait. Telling them all now could overwhelm him, but waiting could cause suspicion and do the exact same. You gave a shrug, and decided to think on it later. "We'll see..." you told yourself under your breath, hoping Freddy wouldn't hear. You finished drying him off, making sure that he was clean and "sparkly". You smiled and began putting on your preferred PJs for the night. To your surprise, you were more awake than you expected, and probably owed it to the shower you had. You hated to admit that you were wide awake, and likely out of luck for sleeping.

You yawned a little anyway, and rubbed your eyes. Fred giggled a little as he followed behind you and out the bathroom door. He was kind enough to carry your things back without you even asking. "Are you excited?" he asked after a moment.

You tilted your head. "About what?"

Freddy wiggled his ears. "Excited about being...a Uh...u-uh..." he blushed as his ears lowered and he gave an adorable, embarrassed whimper. "A couple...?"

You smiled. "O-Oh...y-yeah!" You nodded to reassure him you were, indeed, excited. "I-I'm just not used to it at first I guess, so I don't show it—"

Freddy kept close, but only to make up the distance his lumbering steps couldn't make. "What do you mean, not used to it?"

"Well, I haven't been with anyone for a long time..." you began, "Its been a good while."

Freddy hummed, but finally caught on. "So...you haven't had a...boyfriend...since when?" He asked next, trying to find a use for the new term that also described himself.

You counted your fingers, then gave him a number. "Since then, it's been a while really, to me at least," you chuckled and sighed softly. You blushed weakly. "I haven't kissed anyone for a long time either..."

"What's a kiss?" He asked next. "Oh! Oh! Is that what I see parents do for children and for themselves?" he giggled happily with his ears wagging in excitement as well. "They put their faces together and—"

You nodded quickly. "Yes, yes, that's what it is," you laughed a little and smiled. "Yeah, that's what kissing is." You smiled and sighed quietly, your voice relaxed.
