A/N: I sat here a good ten minutes waiting for a prompt to come to me.

Music blared throughout Jacob's house. He, Millard, and Hugh sat on his bed with their hands covering their ears. Comic books lay abandoned on their laps. They had been quite happily flipping through them before the dreadul rock music started playing.

Jacob wanted to go and tell Enoch to turn his music off or at least turn it down, but he was afraid if he took his hands away from his ears, his ear drums would burst.

Surprisingly, over the music Jacob could hear a pair of determined (perhaps angry) footsteps make their way down the hallway just outside of his room. There was the sound of a doorcreaking, and the music got louder for just a second before it stopped altogther.

"That's enough of that, thank you, Mr O'Connor," Miss Peregrine's stern voice floated through his door when Jacob, Millard, and Hugh removed their hands from their ears.

"There is a God," Millard said with relief.

"And she comes in the form of a bird," Hugh added.
