Two Announcements

23 days later (three weeks + 2 days)

I had my checkup today. Colby wasn't around for a little while - he'd had to leave for two days for TFIL. I didn't mind and he was coming back tomorrow. I laid down on the table as the doctor checked everything.

"Have you been feeling anything you'd deem as unusual?"

"No, just big movements" I was also showing quite a lot now. If you saw me you'd think I just had a bit of a belly but if you knew I was pregnant, you could really tell. The doctor frowned at the screen a moment then, right after, I felt a kick. "Woah"

"Kick?" he asked and I nodded. "I just caught it on the monitor. It appears as though the babies are... working together to kick. It's very interesting and seems as though they are developing a lot faster than usual. I've seen a case like this before, it means they will grow quite fast and it's almost garenteed to be a premature birth." I nodded as he spoke. "The easy way to explain it is that their brains are developing by input from you and input from each other, so one figures something out at the same time as the other does and they exchange the knowledge, so they grow more and more" he showed me the screen. I could see my twins. They had basically formed.

"Will I start to feel kicking?" I asked.

"Yes and other people may be able to if they're strong enough"

"Ok, thank you"

"No problem Ms, Rose" he smiled at me as I got up. As I was leaving, he called me back. "Hold on, miss!" I turned abruptly.

"Yes?"

"It looks as though we can tell the sex, would you like to know?" I opened my mouth then shut it again.

"Let me call a friend and you can tell them, I'll walk out the room" he nodded so I pulled out my phone.
"Hello? Devyn? Yeah, I need you to talk to the doc over the phone, you're gonna know the sexes before anyone. Don't tell a single soul, even me and Colby, unless I say, yeah?"

"OK, I can't believe I get this privilege" I laughed and handed the phone to the doctor, stepping outside. Eventually he came out with my phone, the call had ended.

"All done. Thank you for visiting, I'll see you at 24 weeks"

"Good bye" I smiled and walked to my car. I drove home quickly. Just as I went to text Colby, I felt arms wrap around my waist from behind.

"Hey," he said. I flipped around to confirm that he was there.

"Hey... what are you doing here?"

"We had to leave early, we got chased out of somewhere and were too shaken up to stay." I smiled as he looked down at my bump. "How'd the scan go?"

"Really good. I've been feeling some kicking and, if they're hard enough, you'll be able to feel them, too"

"ooo" I laughed then looked around.

"Where is everyone?"

"I was thinking the same to be honest, I don't know" I shrugged.

"Do you want to find out the sexes before they're born?" I asked and he seemed to think for a little bit.

"Um, yeah, I do actually. Do you?"

"Yeah"

"Wait can we find it out?" he asked, excited.

"Yes, Devyn knows it."

"Then let's find Devyn"

"No, we'll have a little gender party, you know? The classic pop the balloon?"

"Do we have to?"

"Yes! Of course we have to!" we both laughed as Devyn came running down the stairs.

"So, do you want to find out the sexes?" she asked.

"I'm letting you have a party but only the people who know, so the roommates, Kat, Alex, Kayla, Amanda, and Brennen. No one else"

"Yay!" she bounced a few times then went on her phone. I saw Kat's name then she was on the phone. "I can tell her, right?"

"Yeah" I replied and pulled Colby upstairs so we wouldn't hear anything. We went into his room and shut the door. He came up to me, placing his hands on my stomach. The babies kicked right where his hand was, making both of our faces go shocked.
"You feel that?" I asked.

"I really felt that! Oh my god!" he was smiling wide and uncontrollably.

"They know who their daddy is" I said, which made him look at my eyes. He kissed me for a few seconds but the moment was ruined by a yelling Devyn.

"Party is tomorrow, get excited" I laughed and pulled away, sitting on the bed. He sat beside me, holding one of my hands.

"I was thinking we could make a video. The fans still don't know that you're my girlfriend"

"I wouldn't mind that. I look pretty good right now" he laughed and grabbed his camera, setting it up on the tri-pod. I sat on the side so you couldn't see me.

"Hey WHAT'S up guys, it's Colby Brock. Today, as you can see by the title, I have two announcements to make and neither of them are to do with YouTube. Both are very personal and something I should have told you a while ago." he glanced at me so I made a face, making him laugh.
"What are you doing?" I shrugged so he shook his head smiling.

"His first announcement is that he has a girlfriend and that's me" I said, jumping in frame. He closed his mouth which was about to say something.

"Couldn't have said it better. That's right guys, I have a girlfriend and I love her and you guys already know her from the New Zealand trip. God that was ages ago..." I laughed and nodded.

"So there you go, guys. Colby Brock has a girlfriend but just wait for the next one, you're not gonna believe it" he smiled at me.

"Not only do I have a girlfriend, but she is also pregnant with my baby... sorry did I say baby? I meant BABIES" I laughed.

"He's not joking either. On a serious note, I am Colby Brock's gifriend and I am pregnant with twins that are his" he was staring at my face as I spoke, at the end I looked at him so he pecked my lips.

"It's true, guys. And this video is going to be about the party we're having to find out the sexes of them. As of filming this, we're having it tomorrow but as of uploading this, we had it yesterday, so yeah. I hope you guys enjoy the next footage of the party"

"Now we have to remember to film it" he turned off the camera and nodded.

"If we forget, well, that's gonna be awkward" he put his camera away and we started talking. It went on for a few hours until we went to bed. Wow, I am Colby Brock's girlfriend, I am pregnant with twins, they are his, we are a family, and soon all the fans will know. Just wow.
