It was the day before prom. Veronica decided she wasn't going with anyone, and would just go with her friends. When she walked the the student lounge that morning, she was greeted with several stares from people in the hallway, and others whispering while they looked at her. When she got into the student lounge Cheryl and Betty rushed to their friend.

"This morning has been really weird guys. I mean besides all the morning sickness and stuff, everyone's been staring at me all morning."

Betty cut in, "V, that's what we need to talk to you about. Meet us at the Blue & Gold in 2 minutes."

"Um, okay. Is everything alright?"

"V, just trust us. Meet us there."

They practically ran to the Blue & Gold, and Betty rushed to close the door.

"Seriously guys, is this a joke or something?"

"V, we're just gonna give it to you straight." Cheryl said. "Ally texted almost the whole school, and told them you were pregnant."

"What the hell! Are you kidding me? I need to talk to this bitch." Veronica said, as she walked towards the door.

"Veronica you can't." Betty said, grabbing her arm so she couldn't leave.

"And why the hell not?"

"Because-"

Cheryl cut her off. "Because she's a psycho! She's threatening to do all these things to "expose" us, and I don't know what she's capable of. Even Toni said that when they were on and off, she would go crazy like this. Doing stuff like this for attention."

"Oh my God. I need to tell Archie about this. Last night, we sort of, reconnected."

"Jesus V are you serious?" Betty said, almost laughing.

"I know this time it's definitely going to stick! I mean I am having his baby."

Just as Veronica said that, Josie and Kevin burst into the room, out of breath.

"Veronica! Come quick, it's your locker."

"What is it Kevin, what about my locker?"

"Someone vandalized it, wrote a bunch of lies on there."

Betty, Cheryl, and Veronica ran out of the room, and went straight to Veronica's locker. People were crowded around it, taking pictures, and laughing. Cheryl pushed most of them out of the way, and saw the horrible stuff written on Veronica's locker.

"Whore", "Slut", "Bitch". Were just some of the words up there. Betty and Cheryl hugged Veronica, and she just stood there, in shock.

"Who would do this to someone?" She thought.

Just then, Archie Andrews made his way through the crowd. Cheryl and Betty let go of Veronica, and Archie held her tight in his arms.

When Veronica and Archie broke up for good, or so they thought, last year, Archie took it really hard. He loved Veronica so much, and she loved him too, but they "needed time". That's how Veronica put it. They remained friends after they broke up, and Archie always thought they would get back together, eventually.

Archie pulled a crying, shocked Veronica back into the Blue & Gold. Betty and Cheryl stayed in the hall, trying to erase the words off of her locker, and trying to clear the crowd of people.

"Archie, w-why would they do that t-to me?"

"I don't know Ronnie. You are none of those things. You're smart, beautiful, and kind. All those words were just lies."

As Veronica kept crying, Archie held her tighter. They stayed like that until Betty and Cheryl came rushing back in, and they broke away.

"Veronica, Principal Weatherbee wants to see you in his office as soon as possible."

As she headed to Mr. Weatherbee's office, she could feel all the eyes on her. She tried her best to ignore them and just kept walking.

"Ms. Lodge, I'm extremely sorry for the events that unfolded this morning, but I wanted to ask you something. Do you have any idea who could have done this to you?"

"Y-yes. My ex-girlfriend, Ally Collins. She has been bitter ever since we broke up, and I'm pretty sure it was her."

"Thank you Ms. Lodge. I think it's safe to say that you can go home for the day. Why don't you pack up your stuff and have someone drive you home."

"Thanks Mr. Weatherbee."

As she left his office, Archie was standing outside in the hallway waiting for her.

"Archie, do you mind taking me home?"

"No problem Ronnie. Maybe I can get a free pass and stay home too. We can order food, and watch movies and stuff."

"Sounds great Archiekins!"

Archiekins. Veronica hadn't called him that since they were together. It had felt familiar, but still weird saying it.

On their way home, they stopped to get pizza, and at a convenience store to get candy and chips. When they got into the driveway, Veronica stopped to tell Archie something.

"Archie, thank you for everything this morning, and the past few weeks. I mean, letting me live with you, and even earlier when we were just hugging in the hallway. It just felt, right."

She placed one hand on his thigh, and the other one on his cheek. Before she said anything else, he went in and kissed her. It felt just like the old days, when they had no cares in the world. Now with a baby on the way, and she was all alone, she didn't feel so alone anymore.

They didn't say a word as they got out of the car, they just went inside and sat on the couch with a blanket. Archie sat with his arm around Veronica, while she was cuddled into him.

They went on Netflix, and decided to pick out a scary movie. Archie chose "The Strangers", hoping Veronica would be holding onto him during the movie. Veronica however, loved scary movies. She was never really bothered by them, and Archie seemed more scared of it than her.

"Archiekins, are you okay, or do you need me to hold you?"

"Cmon Ronnie, it's not that bad."

"If you say so. But don't come crawling to me later when you have a nightmare."

When they finished the movie, they just watched reruns of "The Office" for the rest of the day.

After spending the whole day on the couch, and ordering too many pizzas, they went to bed. That night, they both slept in Archie's bed, Veronica cuddled up against him, and Archie with his arm around her.

"Goodnight Ronnie."

"Night Archie."
