"Are you done tweezing?! Bloody hell, Johnny, you take longer than I do when I'm getting ready in the morning!"
It was the morning of Johnny's much-wanted date, and after Ten had made him run back to his house and pick up some clothes, he dressed up in a pastel pink sweatshirt, white jeans, and white sneakers. It was simple, but effective, because Johnny honestly looked like the cutest and contradictingly hottest man alive.
And now he was paranoid that his eyebrows were uneven as he held his breath, targeting a single hair on the upper half of his eyelid. "Give me a sec..." he mumbled quietly, not really caring whether Ten heard it or not.
The Thai scoffed and crossed his arms. He tapped his foot impatiently and when Johnny appeared from behind the door two minutes later, he punched his shoulder.
"Ouch?! What the hell! I don't want to be bruised on a first date!" The American whined playfully. Dropping his arms around his friend's shoulders. "But seriously. Thank you. Knowing me, I would've gotten Mark to style me and I'd have shown up as a ho."
"You are a ho, though--" Ten started, only to squeal and run from the taller when he started to chase him. "But you a beautiful ho. Be you, ho."
"I'm not a ho!"
"...Okay... ho."

Half ten. Outside Café Universe.
He was there, so where was she?
Well. He checked his watch. 10:01.
...
So maybe he was early! So what?!
The streets of Busan were only just starting to crowd, especially since it was a Saturday. Not very many people were out at that time, and so it wasn't hard for Johnny to hear when somebody was coming.
So why did the clacking of heels completely evade him?
"Hello?"
The smallest, softest voice Johnny had ever heard sounded behind him. He turned on his heel.
And then he felt his heart thud heavily when it was Moon standing and smiling so sweetly behind him. She had long, luscious hair cascading down to her shoulders with two curls of hair framing either side of her dolled-up face. The dress she had said she'd wear looked so much better than Johnny had ever imagined. On her legs were thin, knitted cream tights and white heels.
To be honest, she was the girl of his dreams.
Johnny smiled. "Moon Taeil?"
The girl bounced on her toes happily. "It depends. Who's asking?"
When Johnny laughed, the older's face lit up just because of how cheerful it was. The faint clouds above them cleared out instantly and was replaced with a heavenly sunshine.
"Johnny Seo," he replied.
Taeil giggled and smiled hugely behind a delicated, painted hand of hers. "Can I hug you?"
Was that a stupid question? Yep.
Johnny nodded and pulled her close into a warm hug, soaking up the sounds of her exclaiming her happiness of 'meeting such a wonderful person' and 'thanking the stars he was genuine.'
As Johnny's arms relaxed around the older's waist, he sighed. Moon felt so small in his embrace. Small, but strong, if you understand what he meant. It was something he hadn't really felt in a girl in a long time, but that didn't matter.
"I'm really sorry if I get any lipgloss on your clothes. They're really pretty," she said calmly as she pulled her head back.
Johnny grinned. "You're are so much prettier! Where did you get it?"
And that was how the six hour date started, with Johnny loving every second and Taeil meeting every expectation he had.
Sure, it had only been a day since he met her, but she was perfect.
