After a short hour of staring at both of ZombieCleo's ships, The Fusion was more than ready to kick off and head on over to the Shopping District for a little break...
...Not knowing that someone was following them around...
While kicking off into the skies, X randomly decided to ask, "hey, Iskall..."
"Yes?" The Fusion answered aloud, unaware, that they were being eavesdropped...
"About the... Civil War..."
"What about it?"
"Well, y'know... We're not on the same sides 'n all..."
"And...?"
"And... The whole thing about, being a fusion... Might... Well, you get it..."
"So?"
"'So'? What if Doc tries to use you in some... Very bad way? I'll never forgive myself..." (I didn't write this plot when the Civil War was happening, so I just bent the plot, that way it works...)
"Yeah, I get it, but I honestly don't care what he does to us. Plus, I'm still fused, and he can't do anything to me without doing it to you too..."
"So can you forgive me for whatever happens to he both of us?"
The Fusion gave a kind smile, along with a simple nod, as he kept on flying towards the horizon, reaching his destination.
"Really...?" Xisuma asked, this time, telepathically.
"Of course, after all... It's all fun and tea" (Shout Out 2 kinshi____! The reason why, is for one of the books they have, called "it's all fun and tea, until the past comes back..." One of my favourite Grumbo books cuz it has YHS in it, and since its on hold, I decided to give it a shout out XD Kinshi____ keep doing what ur doing and take your time, every good book always deserves time!)
There was another warm, small smile coming from The Xiskall, showing a slight sign of relief in his eyes.
The Fusion suddenly gave another warm smile, before landing right on top of iTrade, only to find Impulse walking out of it, and turning around when noticing The Fusion up on the roof.
The Hermit Of The Chapter waved at the worried Fusion, waiting for him to wave back.
After a small five seconds, Xiskall finally waved back, hoping Impulse would just walk off as if he just wanted to say "hi" and end it at that.
But by the power author, who also has a secret power as a plot bender from avatar, Impulse decided to fly up onto the roof and greet who he thought was Xisuma.
"Hey Xisuma! I haven't seen you at the STAR Team base in two days! Where have you be- WHA-"
When he looked at The Fusion, it was only then obvious that something was different, causing him to jump backwards in fear.
...if only he wasn't so close to the edge while having a heart attack...
That darn edge...
Xiskall rushed to grab him before he fell, but missed.
The results ended with a Hermit that fell fell from a roof pretty harshly, while having a heart attack.
Xiskall glided down, and stared at him.
"Great, he's unconscious..." Iskall telepathically said.
Yeaaah...
Cliffhanger...

And that chapter was only half a thousand words...
But it kinda triggered me when I thought about how Grumbo had the Gevin problem... Cuz that chapter got split in half...
So I thought "WHY NOT DO THE SAME FOR IMPULSE'S REACTION?"
Cuz WHY WOULD A HERMIT FREEZE IN SPOT AFTER SEEING A GRUMBO FUSION?
So just to make it exciting, I bent the plot and murdered Impulse!
Now be ready for Chapter 9!
