There was a long picnic table in your backyard and your parents used it for a nice time with the neighbours. God knows why. Your and Luke's dad were chatting by the barbecue flipping the meat with some beer in their hands. The mums were talking the general lady stuff no one cares about and that left you and Luke alone. He grinned at you taking a spot next to you on the wooden bench.

He leaned on his hand not removing the same stupid look off his face, "Guess it's just you and me now, huh?"

"What are you plotting now, Hemmings?", you hiss at him crossing your legs and he winked slyly, "Ooh, nothing."

You noticed your dad crowding the plate before he carried it to the table with Andrew, "Dig in, this is the best thing you'll put in your mouth." Luke leaned over to you whispering, "Second best." You widen your eyes at his little innuendo, punching him under the table.

"Isn't it nice to get together like this", Liz commented, "Some neighbours don't even bother."

"I agree", Luke smiled big like a brat tha's about to do wrong any moment now, unless he already has. You rolled your eyes poking at the food in front of you. Spin the fork, poke the food - the ritual implying that you're bored out of your mind.

The usual boring adult conversation struck and you prayed for them to leave as soon as possible. As no one payed attention to the teenagers, Luke took the opportunity to tease.

You stared blankly into the food you were playing with when two fingers raced up your thigh. You straightened up with such look on your face someone could've thought you're in pain.

"Hemmings, stop being a little shit", you warn him under your breath. He chuckled as he hooked his finger on the thin fabric, pulling back the bottom of your dress under the table. His mouth opened slightly more with each inch of your skin being revealed, and when he noticed the nice lace underwear he smirked. You slapped his hand making him flinch and pull down the dress.

You stand up apologising and explain you need to go to the bathroom, scurrying inside. Everyone looked over at you, but redirected their attention to Luke as he cleared his throat. "Know what, same here", he mumbled unclearly and made his way inside.
