Saving Grace

Chapter 2

Grace's POV

He kissed me. Jc Caylen, my YouTube crush, kissed me. Not because he had to, because he wanted to. I couldn't believe it. So I ran back to my room. Then I heard a knock on my door.

"Grace can I come in?" It was Jc. So I got up and opened the door and I let him into my room. I sat down on my bed and he joined me. "So what was that all about?" "I like you and I know you like me because Matt told me on our way to the airport to pick you up. So I was wondering if you would like like to go and get some ice cream with me tomorrow afternoon? We can ride our penny boards to this really good ice cream place I know ." "Jc..." "What?" "I'll go with you tomorrow." After I said that I saw his face light up like it was Christmas morning.

He left my room and I decided to pick out my outfit for tomorrow. I choose my Caylen cloud tee shirt, black leggings, blue Vans, my glasses, and black beanie. After I picked out my outfit I decided to go an take a shower so I don't have to tomorrow. I went down the hall to me and Matt's bathroom to take my shower. I spent most of my time thinking about what would tomorrow would bring and Jc. When I got out I wrapped a towel around my hair and I dried my body then put on my teal robe. And I went back into my room.

I closed my door and locked it so no one comes in. I took off my robe and I put on my underwear & bra, purple leggings, "Normal people scare me" sweatshirt, my glasses, and my favorite UGG boots. I took out my hair from the towel and I sat down at my vanity table that also matched my bedroom set Matt got me. I combed out my long brown and red ombré hair. I decided I would let it dry naturally and I got up and grabbed my other black beanie from my bag and put that on. I looked in the mirror and when I was ok with what I was wearing I decided to unpack all of my stuff.

*Two hours Later*

I was finally done unpacking all my stuff. It would've taken me longer if I didn't have help from Matt, Connor, and Ricky. I went out to the kitchen to get something to eat. Noticing all the lights where off I grabbed my phone and used it as a flash light. When I finally got into the kitchen area I saw Jc standing there drinking some Arizona and on his phone.

"Hey. Um... are you hungry 'cause I wanted to order some pizza and I didn't want to be the only one who ate the pizza." "I just ordered some. I got cheese pizza I that ok with you?" "Yeah I'm fine with that so how much longer until the pizza gets here?" I ask as the doorbell rang. Jc paid for the pizza and we went back to my room to eat it since we could barely see the floor in Jc's room.

We ate the pizza together and watch a couple of movies. "Jc, I'm getting kinda tired do you mind heading back to your room?" And when I looked over there was a sleeping Jc in my bed. So I got up and moved the mess off my bed. I took off my beanie and brushed out my hair causing it to go into some waves. I put my hair brush down, closed the door, turned off the T.V., and crawled into bed. The minute my head it my pillow I felt an arm wrap around me and a little dog curled up under my feet. I knew that it was Wishbone and Jc. I fell asleep knowing I was safe in Jc's arms.

*The Next Morning*

Jc's POV

When I woke up I wasn't in my room. Then I remembered I was watching movies and eating pizza with Grace. When I looked down I saw sleeping Grace all curled up to me as if she was at peace. I even notice Wishbone all cuddled up with us. I unlocked my phone and I noticed that it was ten forty-five in the morning. So I got up and went back to my room to shower before Ricky got up for the day which wasn't going until be until noon. I can't wait for my date with Grace.

I turned on the shower and hoped in. I thought about Grace and how we spent the night together. I was mentally picking out what I was going to wear while I was shampooing my hair. I would wear a black tee shirt, my favorite jeans, and my favorite SnapBack. I couldn't wait for my date with Grace.

Grace's POV

When I woke up I notice only Wishbone was the only one in my bed besides me. Then I heard the shower turn off. I checked my phone and it said that it was eleven thirty in the morning. "Crap!! Now I got to hurry. THANKS FOR WAKING ME UP WHEN YOU GOT UP JC!!" I quickly got dress in my outfit and I sat down at my vanity. I plugged in my flat iron then waited. While I was waiting I put on some mascara and EOS lip balm. I straightened my hair and as I was finishing up I heard a knock on my door.

"Hey Grace you ready to go?" "Yeah let me grab my board. I'll be out in a sec." I grabbed my penny board and walked out to the living room to meet Jc for our date. We headed out to the street and started to skate board. He was always next to me and we're holding hands. Of course he was vlogging for his second channel. "And this girl right here is the best and she agreed to go out on a date with me" "Jc, when are we going to get there. I'm getting hungry."

"Alright its just another block away." A couple minutes later we rolled up to the ice cream place's parking lot so we hoped off our boards and went inside. "Hi. What can I get you guys?"Ask the cashier. "Um... I'll take a medium vanilla and mint chocolate chip twits in a dish" I said. "And I'll have a medium chocolate in a dish" "Is that all?" They asked and Jc shook his head yes "then that will be $5.57." Jc paid them the we got our ice cream. "Do you want to sit outside? It's a nice day out." "Sure anything for you princess." I swear my face was as red as a cherry.

We talked, vloged, and ate ice cream. Then we decided to head back to the house. We walked back holding hands being all sweet and cute. When we got inside we walked all the way to my room and jumped into my bed. "So would you like to watch a movie?" "Sure. This time I'll pick the movie princess." With that he left my room and came back with the DVD version of the Titanic. We lied down in my bed and cuddled until Connor came in and ruined the moment. "Do you guys want Taco Bell? Me and Matt are going out to get some. Woh, did not mean to walk in on you guys cuddling." "I'll take my usual, of course." "And just ask Matt for what I normally get. Now get out of my room!"

We were only home alone with Ricky, Sam, and Kian for a few minutes. Until Matt and Connor came back with Taco Bell. I got my usual two soft, two hard, nachos, and a large Mountain Dew. "Dang Matt! Your sister can eat!" Said Kian."Yeah but I bet I can eat a lot more then you can!" "I highly doubt that." "Well I can eat a party pack in under five flat. Beat that Lawley!" "Oooo!! You just got burned!" They all chanted besides me and Kian.

After I was done eating I left the boys in the kitchen and went back to my room. I closed and locked my door so I don't have any surprise visits by any of they guys. I cleaned up my room from the the pizza mess yesterday. Then I heard a knock on the door. "Hey Grace, I just heard from Chris and Jenna. Dad's mad." I opened the door for Matt. "Does he even know where I'm at?"
