I was never the one for a sappy kind of romance, or romance at all, but when i met (Y/N), it changed. We had just finished a "date". We were walking side by side down the sidewalk, talking quietly. To be honest, this wasnt supposed to be a date, just a nice dinner with her, but it seemed like we both wished it was a real date.

"Well, I-" Susie stopped. She seemed to be.. mumbling to herself? Well, more like arguing...and for a second, i thought i could see a faint blush on her face..

I noticed her staring at me, i looked away, just to laugh nervously. "Nevermind! It was a stupid question haha!" I said, quite loudly. I saw her nod, chuckling a bit herself. she had seemed hopeful of something, but now her eyes stared at the ground.

The two walked in silence for a while, both thinking of how the other would never love them, but they both also knew that they were meant to be more than friends. The two both wanted more. "Friends" were all they were, but for some reason, they felt more.

"Susie?" You said, ending the awkward silence that had developed between you two. She looked over at you, as to say, "yes?". You sighed. "Do you-" you hesitated, fearing the harsh rejection that was so easy to see. "Do you...want to be...my girlfriend?" You finally asked. Susies eyes lit up, even though you couldnt see it. She nodded, not even knowing how to process words at the moment. You smiled brightly, pulling her into a hug.
Both girls thought of two different endings to that question, but they all were happy with the result.
(Okay that ending kinda sucked i know, but i'm going to try to keep doing these again, but requests will never open again, i'm sorry about that, its just too much stress. Most of these will usually be songfics too, so sorry if you dont like those. I might do another soon, but it depends on if i'm tired haha)
