Your POV

Another day of hell. Oops I mean school not like anyone in Riverdale ever look forward to it.
I get up out of bed and grab and red and black flannel, some black skinny jeans, and a band tee.

I grab my helmet from my desk and start up my bike starting the ride to Riverdale high. The drive is nice and quick as if doesn't take long.

As I get off my bike I see Betty and Archie walking to school I decide to stand against my bike and wait for them.
"Heya" I say giving a small wave as they pass me
"Hey y/n/n" Archie said he's called me that for as long as I can remember. He ruffles my hair where as Betty just gives me a hug and said good morning. 

as we walk into school i look around for Jug, but for some reason i cant find him. "hey Betty?" i ask "hmm" "do you have any idea where jug could be?" she nods and says follow me.  

she leads to a room with some papers scattered everywhere and a type writer. there i see Jug sitting behind the desk typing away, i'm pretty sure he doesn't even notice us.  

i cough and that's when he looks us and notices me. he smiles and stands up pulling me into a hug.

"morning my Queen" he says but its kinda muffled because his face is buried in the crook of my neck. "good morning Juggie" i say hugging him back smiling. 

"how are this morning?" i asked looking up at him because hes a few inches taller than me. "it was good" he said smiling back to me.  i smile as the bell goes off signaling first period. "ill see you at lunch" i say to jug as i kiss his cheek, he smiles back at me and grabs his bag walking out the door. 

Jughead Pov

i was a bit out of it this morning because i was writing my story about Jason last night, i can't even remember what time i was up until. but i didn't want to tell Y/n because she'd want to know where i was up to and she would want to help in anyway that she could. 

and i didn't want to put that onto her.  but she would argue with me until i gave in, with her i gave in very easy that's how most of my money has gone towards buying her  milkshakes everyday after school. Not that i didn't mind i got to be with her so it was alright by me. even if i spent every penny on her. 

after about 2 hours in hell that most people these days call school.  i walk into the cafeteria and look around for Y/n , i see her sitting at a table with Cheryl, Toni, Betty, Archie and Kevin. 

"Hey guys" i say sitting down next to y/n that's when i notice she hasn't touched anything on her plate she's just kind of playing with it. "why aren't you eating?" i whisper in her ear so no one else can hear,"i'm not hungry" she reply's but me being the amazing boyfriend i am knows there's something more to it.

i pull her outside f the cafeteria and ask her whats wrong "its just.. July 4th is coming up and i don't think i'm ready" she says. it was only then did i realize how close it actually was, i was worried for her because she didn't go to the funeral but i am happy that she is here with Cheryl. 

"awe honey its okay ill be here for you and i wont ever let you go!" i say pulling her into a tight embrace, to which she responds laughing, how did i get so lucky?
