' Some angels fall, some mortals fly '

______________________________________

A half of the year or so has pass by quickly so has the season's; snow has started to fall as I was doing my usual graveyard shift at the cemetery, my home. I warped my coat closer to my body as I hold my lantern in the cold night air, but suddenly a commotion has started close to the forest so I walked towards that way.

"Where are you!!"

As I get closer I can hear yelling until I walk up on a middle aged little over weight man, yelling into the air.

"Hey."

I called out to him, he snapped towards me quickly.

"What the hell are you doing sir."

I asked rudely walking a little closer.

"What do you want?"

He said rudely back.

"Well, first off I asked what are you doing out here in the middle of the night in a old cemetery?"

He looked me up and down.

"I should be asking you the same thing."

He said in a very suspicious manner but all I did was place my free hand on my hip in a sassy manner.

"It's my job, I work the graveyard shift here. Now tell me what are you doing here?"

He looked away from me so he could look around the forest like he's searching for something.

"I'm hunting vampires. "

' Oh,I've haven't heard or seen vampires in a few centuries, I'm surprised that they still exists. '

My face become blink for a few minutes as he looked at my face for a reaction but all he got was a face full of laughter so I can throw him off that I know vampires actually exist, I let up into chuckling.

"Man, you must be on some strong crack."

I can tell he has become angry through his eyes and the look on his face.

"What? What do you suspect when you tell someone that ' vampires' exist. They'll think your on drugs or a mad man."

I said in truth, I rolled my eyes at him.

"Well, don't come to me when you become one, I'll stake you."

Again I rolled my eyes at him.

' like I can become one with angel blood going through my vines, it makes me immune to the venom dumbass, like I can tell him.'

I told myself in the most sassy manner I can, I sighed as I put on a serious face.

" Well, you better leave before I call the police."

He looked into my eyes to see if I'm bluffing but he quickly found out that I wasn't so he angrily walked to his truck and left, I sighed again. The snow started to fall at little harder as I continue to do my job, at some point I get to the corner of the cemetery that's closes to the forest.

Suddenly I jumped at the sudden noise coming from the forest, I quickly shin my lantern around at the edge of it seeing nothing. I was about to give up and continue on but something in the corner of my eyes barely move making me almost completely missed it.

As I make my way there my lantern shine on black boots with black pants and a weird trench coat, when I got close to see the person curled into a ball at the base of the tree. I kneel next to them seeing that they have bruns all over their body and at some point as I was looking at the bruns, I got my lantern a little too close to them making them hiss in pain at the light. I quickly pulled back my lantern and sit it on the ground away from them not wanting to hurt them more then they are.

" Hey, I'm going to help to you."

I said in worried.
