' Sometimes an angel is found in the dark. '

I sit up all the way with a groan.
"We should sleep now, we're both exhausted plus the suns about up now."
I pull off my boots and coat sitting them down next to the night stand before I lay under the covers turning on my side. I closed my eyes but open them a little when he spoke.
"Gregory Sackvillebagg."
I looked at him smiling seeing him hanging upside down in the corner of the room.
"Nice to meet you Gregory, I'm Parker Price."
And with that I blow out the candle I have lit.

I woke up a couple of hours later laying there for a few minutes before I finally sit up and was about to lit the lantern but my hand stop when I remember about Gregory. I look at the corner seeing his outline in the dark and not wanting to wake him I grabbed the lantern and carefully but quietly walked to the trunk and got out my clothes.
I walked out the door and carefully shut it, I lit the lantern as I walked to the waterhole. I sit the lantern and clothes down before piling off my clothes and thrown them to the edge of the waterhole were I wash clothes in. I let the cold water relax me as I thought about what I'm going to do with the boy that's hanging upside down in my bedroom.

It wasn't long before Gregory wake up as I was grabbing some dirty dashes and clothes that needed washing.
"Sorry if i woke you."
He snarled at me.
"What are you doing that cause you to wake me with that stupid light."
I huffed when I turn towards him.
"I'm cleaning."
I grabbed the lantern with my free hand and walked out the door with him following, seeing that he's two inches shorter then me. I walked back to the waterhole and grabbed the clothes I lay there from earlier, I placed them down next to a large bucket. I sit the dashes aside when I decided to do those last, I filled the bucket with water and I began to wash my clothes as I sit on my knees.
"Why were you alone when I found you last night?"
I glance at Gregory, who was leaning against the wall and staring out in space.
" I got separated from my family and may I ask why were you in the cemetery in the first place?"
I glance at him again as I spoke.
"I've have the graveyard shift at the cemetery."
He nod as he pushed off the wall and started to walk away.
"Where are you going?"
I said in confusion.
"I'm leaving."
He glanced at me as I stood up.
"Well, that won't be a good idea to do because that hunter will be looking around the forest for you so I suggest that you should stay here for a few days."
He quickly turned to me.
"Why do you care so much and why aren't you fear of me when I can kill you in seconds, you stupid mortal."
He said in anger, I rolled my eyes.
"Because even monster deserve to be loved and cared for, Gregory."
He frown as he eyes swirled with emotions but it quickly disappeared as he turned to leave, I didn't stop him this time.

After awhile I finally got done with the washing so I replaced them in my room when their dried as I get ready for work. I left through the back door with my lantern shining through the darkness of the cemetery.
