Salt (Namak): 1 spoon
Red chilly powder (lal mirch powder): As per your taste

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 black cardamom, 2 cloves, 1/2 inch of cinnamon and cumin.

3. Add tomato puree and again saute till water dries.
4. Add 4-5 spoon curd and saute.
5. Now add turmeric, corriander powder, garam masala, salt and red chilly powder and saute for 1 minute and then add water and milk.
6. Now add cottage cheese and cream.
7. Sprinkle kasoori methi/ fenugreek leaves on the top.
And the item is ready.
