I'm walking down the main hallway when I stop by the board to check if there's any important new or something interesting.

There's nothing different apart from a paper with something written on top and a few lines under it, some numbers written on them.

Curious, I read the headline, Leave your number - don't write your name. Get someone's number and they'll be your diary, send them updates about your day and they can't tell who they are.
Please, scratch the taken numbers.

Well, that's interesting. However, I'm not interested in leaving my number but getting one.

I notice there is only a number that's not scratched. Shrugging, I grab my phone and save it, setting the contact name as Diary. I also grab a pen and scratch the number, drawing small connected circles over it.

This might be fun.

Sighing, I thrown myself on my bed and grab my phone, opening the chatting app.

Oh, I saved the diary number thing, didn't I?

Hmm... - I bite down on my bottom lip thinking about what to say.

Right. I'll start telling them know how I got their number.

Me: Hey, I got your number from the diary thing from school

Me: So, I'll tell you about my day

Me: I don't like interacting with people or the idea of being around them at all, but I really try even tho sometimes it's hard

Me: In compensation, Arts class was pretty interesting

Diary: When's your Arts period?

Oh, wow, they actually answered. Not like I was expecting or not an answer, but... it still surprised me.

Me: First in Monday, fourth in Tuesday and last one in Friday

Diary: Me too

Diary: Anyways, tell me more

Me: Okay

Me: I just hated when that bitchy girl started making fun of me

Me: Like, what's wrong with liking something different from them?

Diary: What are you into?

Me: I like darker colors and listening to rock

Diary: Never saw anything wrong with liking it too

Diary: They're just dumb shit, forget them

Me: That's the goal

Me: I wish I had someone else to talk with about it

Me: But people either aren't interested or judge too much

Diary: Well, I do have the same problems

Diary: You can talk with me

Diary: Do you like Smashing Pumpkins, ACDC, Misfits and all?

Me: Of course

Me: Finally someone

I get in the classroom just before the bell rings, taking a place in the back of the class. Far from the attention, far from the girls or anyone.

At least it's Arts and a class I actually enjoy having. It won't be a torture like the others.
