third person; an min-ju focus

by the end of the school day min-ju had almost forgotten about seonghwa. she decided that it was probably just coincidence that they both had the same name. surely there wouldnt be someone else from the alternate universe there with her. right? she continued to question it before being approached by her friends, yong-suk and mei-xing.

"hey min-ju!" mei-xing screamed almost at the top of her lungs. almost. "hey mei-xing!" min-ju screamed back, although less loud than mei-xing who was probably one of the loudest people out there.

min-ju smiled towards her friends before linking arms with them both and they began walking out the main school gates together. as they walk out the gates together, they happen to pass by ateez and jongho, upon seeing min-ju decides to greet her.

"hey, an min-ju!" jongho shouts, interrupting the conversations that his friends were having and walking toward her and her friends.  "oh," min-ju turns around after hearing her name and smiles when she sees where it came from. she may have only known jongho for a day, but her was already someone she could call a good friend. "hi jongho."

after realising that her friends are confused as to who this new person was, min-ju turned so that she was stood next to jongho and linked her arm through his. her friends seemed confused at the action, but waited for an introduction.

"jongho, this is mei-xing and yong-suk!" min-ju said passionately pointing to her friends as she said their names. "mei-xing and yong-suk, this is my new friend jongho from my class!" min-ju said just as passionately as before. they both smiled at jongho and he smiled back. "so," mei-xing began talking, "is this your new boyfriend?" she finished her question and looked at the now flustered pair before smirking with satisfaction.

"are you finally going to be able to stop third wheeling all the time with us?" yong-suk teased further, trying to test the limits. the last time they did so it ended up with them both under a pile of pillows with whipped cream everywhere. yeah. don't ask.

"n-no," jongho manages to stutter, "we are just friends!" he practically whispers. face turning more red from the stares of two new people. he just wanted to make a good impression! not to mention, but he was probably also going to get questioned by the rest of the members later on.

"okay, we believe you!" mei-xing says happily before grabbing yong-suk and telling min-ju "I'll see you later okay?". walking off they round the corner and get out of sight. min-ju comes back to reality and realises that she is still linking arms with jongho. she jumps away suddenly startling jongho, who personally didn't seem to mind that she was still holding on.

"oh my gosh, I'm so sorry for my friends they can be a bit intrusive at times..." she trails off now looking at a speck on the floor. jongho giggles, "don't worry they seemed cute." he smiles at her before excusing himself. "sorry, ill have to get back to my friends now," he turns and begins to walk away after getting a small goodbye from min-ju.

"oh," he says turning around quickly, catching min-jus attention. "did you forget something?" she asks, tilting her head to the side slightly as she does. "yeah, well, kinda?" he replies, looking a little confused himself. he shakes it off before proceeding to ask, "are you going to the party thats happening tomorrow?".

the question seemed to catch min-ju a little off guard, but she replied quickly anyways. "yeah, ji-heon and Mei-xing asked me to go with them so I was planning on it. why do you ask?". jongho smiles at the reply, happy that he wouldn't have to spend the whole night with the rest of the members. as fun as they are, you need to have a break sometimes you know? "uh, no reason just I'm going too and was wanting another friend there to chat to." he smiles one more time before waving her off.
