third person;

blaring sirens could be heard from all directions. flashing lights filled the entrance to the school. it had only been a minute or two since yunho had called the ambulance but they had already arrived after hearing how devastated he had sounded on the phone.

he believed that it was his fault. he saw her going into the abandoned back building yet he didn't question it. he had started sobbing when he had found min-ju unconscious in the building, thinking that maybe if he had followed her even for a small while, it could have been prevented.

he believed that if she didn't get through this for whatever reason that it would be his fault, and he would have to live with that.

the reality was that it most definitely wasn't his fault, but he would continue to believe that until proven wrong by anyone. when he saw the girls talking about her in that way he wanted to do so many things to them, but he couldn't.

the overwhelming fear that they were supposed to be protecting her and they, or he, had ultimately failed at what he had been asked to do. he felt an everlasting guilt.

as the ambulance rushed to the hospital, yunho sat in the back of the ambulance holding min-ju's hand, hoping that she would be alright.

he hadn't personally met her, but from what he had heard from hongjoong, jongho and seonghwa he believed that she was an absolute angel and it broke his heart to see her so destroyed by a few girls, criminals even.

he sat in silence all the way to the hospital, barely being able to answer what the officials were asking him. all he knew was her name. he felt so useless in them moments. if only he had done something. he could have done something.

but then again, at the same time he couldnt have done anything as he didn't know what was going on. he may feel guilt when it was totally not his fault at all.

when they arrived at the hospital, everything seemed to pass in a blur. he told the doctor her name and they managed to call up her brother. min-kyu was really worried and asked to speak to the person that found her, however as soon and yunho got put on the line he started sobbing again.

he somehow managed to find a seat in the hospital near where they were checking what was wrong with her. he sat with his head in his hands breathing heavily, with a lump caught in his throat.

he knew that when her brother arrived he would feel even more guilt. he had heard from jongho how her parents had disappeared and how min-ju and her brother kept each other company. if only he could have prevented it form happening.

min-kyu rushed into the hospital wearing somewhat casual clothes. yunho looked up ad they locked eyes, before min-kyu rushed over to yunho. yunho stood up and min-kyu grabbed him by the shoulder, startling him slightly. he asked yunho to explain to him what had happened.

here yunho was explaining everything in shaky breaths, trying not to let the lump in his throat take him over. when he was done he was sure that her brother would push him away, tell him to get out of his sight and never go near min-ju again. but what he did surprised yunho slightly.

he pulled the younger male into a warm hug before reassuring him, "it isn't your fault." this caused yunho to go into a mental breakdown again, sobbing endlessly, a slight weight being lifted off his shoulders.

they then sat next to each other, trying to have a slightly normal conversation while waiting to see if min-ju was okay. when min-kyu asked how yunho knew min-ju he just said that she was his classmate, which was true but he couldn't help but feel as if they would have been amazing friends if they had talked.
