Chapter 14

We stop over a small shop to grab a pizza before going to Michael's place. Ashton and I are okay again. I was just being immature to hate him earlier. But everything's fine now, I guess. When Calum looks at me, I give him a smile. I assume, he's asking me how things are doing through eye contact.

"Are we just gonna sit here?" Luke asks, rolling his eyes at Michael.

"Yes. If you dont like this, get out." Michael immediately snaps. Calum laughs. We're all sitting on Michael's room floor beside his bed. Ashton is squeezing my hand behind us so I cant stop smiling.

"Michael, can I use your other bathroom?" Ashton suddenly asks, standing up already. Michael just nods. I look at Ashton to smile at him and squeeze his hand before he walks off.

"Oh, wait. Where is it, by the way?" He stops walking, remembering it's his first time here at Michael's and he doesnt know where the bathroom is. Of course, Michael has his own one but on its door, there's a note saying THIS IS FULL OF SHIT AND NO ONE CANT USE IT. I have no idea what it means.

"Its downstairs. Left." Michael answers and he leaves. Now, Im left with these three weirdos and I feel uncomfortable because all I can hear is their breathe and mine.

"So, are you two like dating?" Michael stares at me. And I shrug. "I guess."

"When? You've only known him for a couple of days. Plus I thought you're still with Calum?" He asks as if we're the only person here and I look at Calum. He looks uncomfortable too.

"I know its so fast but i like him so much and he said he likes for a long time. Its not official, though. We've been hanging out a lot. And Cal and I broke up a long time ago. Right, Cal? But we're okay." I laugh, nervously.

"He doesnt look okay." Luke interrupts. We all look at Calum.

"The heck guys. Im okay. We're okay." He laughs way too loudly. I dont know but it sounds something. Is he so happy that we arent dating anymore? Well, but im happy now.

"Yeah. We're okay." I smile at Calum.

"Im not used to you guys not touching each other. I mean, we werent hanging out so much before the band but we always saw each other at school and you guys were like always having public sex" Michael says. And I wanna laugh.

"You're over acting" I tell him but we're all laughing.

"You're just jealous" Calum teases him.

"You sure im the jealous one here?" Michael smirks and then the door opens and Ashton is back. "Hey" He says.

"Okay. Lets eat pizza!" Michael screams and we do too. I realise Im hungry and I wonder why we let the pizza get old than eating it as long as we got here.

Michael gives us a slice. And then take the box beside him where no one cant touch it but him.

"No one shall complain" He announces, giving Luke a warning look.

Before I finish mine, my phone suddenly rings. "Give me a sec" I tell them as I stand up to go outside Michael's room.

"Hi. What's up?" I answer. It's my mom. "What?.. Well, congrats. Thats a great news! Err, Im with my friends.. Why?.. Cant it wait?.. Calum?... Why?... Mom!... Ugh. Im with Ashton. No! Thats not good!... I mean, Ashton. Remember?... Mom... Ugh... Okay... Bye."

So, my mom just called me to tell me to go home now to celebrate because she got accepted on a job. And I didn't even know that she's applying for one. Also, with Calum. She wants me to go home with Calum when she's aware that I'm with Ashton. She's obsessed with him. But since, she is very nice, she said, I could bring Ashton, of course. Isnt it great? What if I just leave by myself? It's less weird.

I decide going to the bathroom first. Not to pee but to look at myself on the mirror to think of what I should do.

Then, I dial my mom's number. "Can I just invite a couple of friends?", I ask. I sigh when she immediately says it's fine. I think, this is less weird. That we're all going. Not just me and Ashton and Calum.

"Hey, guys!" I say as soon as I open the door to Michael's room. They all look at me. I smile at Ashton, walking onto him.

"My mom is kinda having a party by herself now so she wants me to join her", I announce and then wait for their reaction. Michael looks at Luke with a smirk.

"Ehem." Michael clears his throat. "Are we invited? Because I think, Luke wants to join you guys." He says in a manly voice and I look at Luke to see his eyes looking at Michael with so much urge to kill him. Before the war start, I answer. "Of course, she says y'all can come over." Michael claps his hands.

"You okay?" I ask Ashton, staring at him. He nods and smiles. "I just, I was already planning what we could do inside my car when I drive you home. " He whispers very slowly then giggles. He whispers again, "I dont mean it in a dirty way, I swear" and I laugh. I notice all the three giving us a "wth look" so I say "Sorry" while laughing.

"Okay. So, are you guys ready? She really wants us to come as soon as possible." Then they all stand up.

When we get outside, we say goodbye and drive safely to each other even if we're going to meet in like 20 minutes or so again. Calum drives by himself since he has his car. Luke joins Michael. I join Ashton.

This seems a good idea but I feel kinda weird about what can happen too.
